Location is a bit far from the shopping malls but the rooms are nice cozy and spacious. Other rooms are smoking rooms so sometimes the halls may smell like cigarette smoke but thats fine. Breakfast buffet was also yummy and me and my friends enjoyed it a lot. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Awesome value for money

There’s a KTV bar in the lobby and because of this, it seems all the smoke and pests come up and go into the rooms. Sheets are not clean, water leak in bathroom. No hairdryer. Breakfast was good, juice was watered down though.

Stop smoking

The entire hotel is like a chimney. people are smoking everywhere and all non smoker got sick

obviously, they don't understand running a healthy hotel. so unfair with non smoker. They smoke in air conditioned dining area, lobby, alley, rooms. literally everywhere!

Hotel wifi is slow n cant connect if room far from lift,Aircon no strong cos cheap uname brand,No cold in room,Mosquitor Alot  bite my son  hand n head, breakfast no good,Normal room wit extra bed cost me rp615,000 a day,No worth it,Noisy cos near main road,,Will never book again,,Expensive but no stardard,,,

Just about the worst hotel i stayed in my life...

Stayed 1 night, Feb 2016, Room 219.

Receptionist was very engrossed in his mobile phone that i had to called out to him, twice...

Upon entering room, two cockroaches politely "greeted" me, i reciprocated both by stepping on them.

Open up the blanket, think Hotel wanted some coloring on white sheets, so they painted dried blood stains on the sheets.

Thinking the coloring is not vibrant enough, the walls were stained with yellow spits / mucus colored don't-know-what.

The shower curtain in the bathroom to partition from the sink was specially designed by a 5 year old, as it fits only kid size. 

Both bath towel had a stinky "no sun dried" smell to it, toilet paper roll had only 1/4 left to it.

TV had various channels to it but it was not going to save this hotel from imminent condemnation from me. Bar fridge was working fine, no Safe in the room, cupboard had not been dusted since Hotel opening day. Aircon was working ok.

It was a Friday Night, as i wait for the lift, both lifts opened at the lobby to a spectacular view of at least 20 hostesses in body hugging, high slits, rainbow dresses about to start work at the in house KTV. Throughout the night, i was "rewarded" by the KTV, with free promotion of hard Bass and Techno pounding from the thinly sound-insulated room.

Breakfast was a thorough joke...Skip it.

I'm a trained Army Personnel, so i can grind my teeth and get on by thinking, the jungle is far worse than this room.

At nearly SGD45 per night for standard twin room, i think i got clobbered up down left right by the "Commandos" @ Hotel Utama... There are many new and at least, MORE HYGIENE hotels in the area. 

You have been warned...unless you want to step into the Utama ("ultimate") Concrete Jungle.
