We arrived very early morning still Mr James has helped us to reach the location and welcomed us.

Mr.James helped us in planning the itinerary for 2 days and also arranaged a car for the same. He and his family were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Accommodation was extremely clean and spacious - it’s like other home at Waynad. Nice location of the home  with tasty authentic kerala style food. I recommend this home for everyone who love greenery and peaceful location.

This is an awesome serene place, right on the main road, still far from madding crowd. You can sit in the balcony and sip your tea and allow yourself to get lost into the time memorial. This place is maintained by James uncle and his family. He is very helpful, meets your request in terms of food, accommodation or information. I stayed with my wife and 3 year old daughter. It was a very comfortable stay. Right in front of the holiday home, there is tea plantation. We took a walk into the plantation. Lush green tea estate is treat to the eyes. Within 10 kms there are food joints, please go with Mr James's reccomendation. 

We arrived very late and were still warmly welcomed and had delicious food ready for us. 

The hosts organised tours for us for our 2 days and a car to our next destination. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our plans changed last minute and they managed to help us sort everything.

Accommodation was extremely clean and spacious - it’s like a mini apartment for guests. Food was excellent and provided for at all meal times. 

It is located in a lovely part of waynard right next to some tea plantations where you can watch the sunset.

All in all one of the best stays of my month long visit in south India. Would definitely recommend. 

James uncle greeted as warmly, guided and planned our trip so that we cover maximum places during our short stay,amazing location, fantastic cleanliness, hospitality, delicious food, perfect place to spend vacation. 

Best part is the location  close to both Kalpetta and Meppadi but still not noisy  crowded. It is located amidst tea plantations and one can spend hours just roaming around exploring the place. Wayanad has a lot to offer in terms of natural beauty spots. But this homestay is one of those places where you wont mind lazing off a day doing nothing! Owner Mr. James and his son Alex are excellent hosts and saved us some real harassment by informing about a strike well in advance on the day we were supposed to reach. Rooms are tastefully decorated, soft beds and spotless clean toilets hot water is abundant.Atmosphere is homely. Food is traditional and tasty. Wish I had more  time to spend in wayanad instead of Coorg. Highly recommended
