I have booked two rooms for the four of us from March 2nd to 4th. Both rooms were too dirty. Once I checked in, I saw the floor was dirty, dirty bed sheets, and dirty toilets too.

Then I gone to check the other room, that room also same thing. The housekeeping people did not even change the bin after someone vacated the room. When I removed the quilt, I saw too much dirt, too much dust, and too much sand on the bed sheet. When the house keeping ladies came, I asked them to change the bed sheet. They said they will change every alternative day only, but they did not change after the previous client vacated the room. In the floor, I have seen too much mud, and sands as well. Three housekeeping ladies were there, they just brushed the floor, but they did not want to mop the floor. I will never go back to that hotel ever again or recommend anyone else as well. I never ever experienced this from anywhere else. This is the most dirtiest hotel I have ever been experienced in my life.

Really good experience . staffs are nice . hospitality  was vey good. staffs are  excellent . the way to welcoming very nice. food was tasty and  more dishes . Room neat and clean . best to stay for families

EXCELLENT HOSPITALILY

All thanks to mr. Anil i am giving this hotel 1 star rating, he was not even ready to meet us, for a talk regarding hotel service, rude staff behaviour, staff totally non cooperative, unfaithful, and mr anil adds more to this, worst experience of hotel stay, even after requesting him he is not ready to meet us for the query.

Worst stay ever, Don't even think about staying here

Staff is utterly careless about customer service, AC was making noise whole night, i called them 3 times but no one came for service even they didn't offered any solution, i asked to meet Mr. Anil GM of the hotel , but although he was in the hotel he denied to meet, person on the reception was also too much arrogant, NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst Experience of room ever, Mr. Anil added salt to injury

If you think of booking a room, Chirag Inn is a place for you. Honestly, my experience has been amazing and the staff managers are very polite and helpful. The hotel location is very close to places like Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, Kuthira Malika, and many more nearby beaches. The airport distance is 5kms from the hotel. It's very convenient to travel and the stay is very comfortable. Best place to check in and relish the beauty of the city trivandrum.

Best choice of Hotel

The hotel was situated 2 km away grom trivandrum junction and right opposite to state secretariat.Auto fare was around 60 rs.Rooms were neat and clean.Btut the rooms were very compact.There area many restaurants near by and also the hotel has 2 restaurants attached to it.They provided shaving kit,soap,shampoo  and bath towel,but no dental kit.peoole coming for a short trip can book the hotel without any second thought.

Exclent

I was in search of a place to stay during my exams which was around 10+ days. On the day of check in, the neighboring building was a bit noisy and when intimated with the hotel authorities, it took less than 5 minutes to shift me into a better silent room, which was a great gesture. Rooms where neat and tidy and service was very good. A very important point to be mentioned was the house keeping department. Stanley is doing a great job and staffs Bindu and Reshma was always there to help me and provide anything i wanted. Reception was dealt by Ajith and night shift staffs Bharath and one other boy (sorry i dnt know his name) was very helpful. The only thing that was a bit difficult for me was the unavailability of restaurant due to covid issues. But there also Syam was excellent at breakfast service. In short it felt home away from home. Mr. Rajesh is doing a great job along with his team. Will surely visit again and will suggest it to others as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

An excellent place to stay!

I was really enjoyed the stay with hotel chirag inn, opposite to secretariat, trivandrum. It was my business trip on first week of Jan 2021. The property is ideally located in the heart of city, statue.well maintained and specious room with all modern amenities and facilities. Service was as excellent.I personally recommend this property for both business as well as leisure travellers.
