Extremely happy with the stay at the hotel. Housekeeping is good for a 3 star property. The food at Lazeez is very delightful. They have a special Sunday brunch and the spread is extremely worth it for the price.

I stayed in Room 201, checked in 27th Dec 2019.

Whenever I am in Secunderabad  I usually stay close to St Mary's Church, particularly to attend the morning mass. 

I found Royal Reve Hotel as a decent place, central location for the price and convenience it offers. Room was neat and clean. Reception staff was welcoming and Breakfast was also good.

Finally, I want to particularly thank the Room boy, who came running to my car with my computer mouse which I forgot in the room. This particularly gave me the confidence to use this hotel again during my future visits. God bless the room boy for his concern and sincerity.

Central Place to stay

A well maintained hotel with neat rooms and a variety of dishes.Service is also attended quickly.I came for a training programme and happened to stay at this hotel.Location of the hotel is also near to transport and market facilities.
        The taste of food can be improved for better 

Neat rooms

Right in the business area good hotel the hotel staff was welcoming the rooms need a renovation but I did manage and had a nicestay.
The breakfast was good only one draw back was no choices for coffee which was disappointing
I would recommend this property if u looking for a business hotel in the market area

Worth the money

Centrally located and convenient for business purpose. Situated on main road near Clock Tower.
But this is far from Airport.
Food is good and served portion is adequate. The buffet lunch and breakfast has good variety served at Lazeez.
Sleep quality is fine.
Service is fine.


Centrally Located But far from Airport

This is in a walking distance from Secunderabad station. Has a restaurant and a banquet hall in the premises and all famous restaurants and cafes of Secunderabad are at a walkable distance. Rooms are good and spacious and sweice is right at 3* standards. Highly recommended.

Good 3-Star hotel

This is a 3 Star hotel located in central Secunderabad, and walkable distance to the market and 1 Km from the Railway station. It is run by a Sikh father-son duo.

Pros : As you drive in, the first impression is created by an elegant old doorman, who greets very courteously, politely and with a smile and elegant bow. He even offers to lift up the suitcases up the stairs. The front desk staff are friendly. The lobby is nice and comfortable. They have even kept a glass container filled with water and mint (phudina) leaves immersed inside. Drinking water from this gives a nice mint taste. The bell boys are readily available to take the luggage to the room. 

Now the room. Quite spacious, and very clean, nice ambiance. Good amenities like place to keep suitcase, a writing table and chair, cupboard, safe, coffee maker, refrigerator, full length mirror. They even have 5 plug points at vantage places, which is convenient for charging, laptop etc.
The bathroom was quite spacious, with a clean washbasin and clean taps. They even provide a magnifying mirror for shaving. For bath, there is a glass door cubicle. What I liked best was that hot water was available 24 hours, unlike most hotels which give only from 6am to 8am.
On the second day, even though I did not give the key to the reception, they cleaned up the full room and refilled the tea-sugar sachets, soap etc.
Service to the room was fast.
This hotel is just 25 metre walking distance from another nice hotel, Bassera where they have a live band. Dinner can be had here. Another hotel nearby is the famous hotel from Karnataka - KAMAT. At a little distance is another nice, recently renovated hotel - Taj Mahal. So a lot of eating options close to Royal Reve.
For shopping, the D-Mart store is just 50 metres from here.

Cons : Since we had work early morning, we repeatedly requested the management to provide us breakfast at 6.30am. However, they declined and said that at that time they could only give us only sandwiches. So on two mornings we skipped the complimentary breakfast and had it outside.
My friend had pre-booked a room. When he checked-in at midnight, the receptionist gave him the room key. My friend entered the room and found a semi-nude man already sleeping in the room. There was a great deal of shouting and embarrassment. When my friend shouted at the receptionist, the receptionist was greatly amused at the situation. How such a blunder could occur is a mystery, since each room tag has the room number printed on it. So how can 2 keys have the same room number ? And what was their computer software doing ?

They have a banquet hall on the 1st floor, where they have parties going on till late night. This music can disturb the sleep. This banquet hall is spacious and has a good ambiance.

However, all in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was warm, pleasant and very comfortable. 

Verdict : You can blind-foldedly select this place for your stay. It is an excellent hotel.

Very nice hotel

The hotel property is at good location and has restaurant serving all cuisines. The breakfast menu and food quality is fabulous! Liked all deserts on the menu....😋

The rooms are good but need to improve on upkeep! TV service is ok ok. Room has a refrigerator and electronic safe (not sure whether its functional).

The room service also needs to be improved. Front desk executive are helpful!

Overall good experience for 2 nights trip!

Very Good hotel in Secunderabad!

It is a competent business hotel - no major frills - but adequate for business traveller! Rooms are comfortable, house keeping is good! The location is the reason for my choosing this hotel. The restaurant in the ground floor is reasonably good both for buffet and ala carte options. The breakfast is pretty sumptuous! The wifi could be improved since it is a business traveller's hotel. 

Good business hotel in Hyderabad

I have stayed at the Royal Reve a half-dozen times over the past few years.  It is a very nice property with friendly, helpful staff all around. The restaurant serves very good meals and their buffets are excellent.  This most recent trip I have a wonderful conversation with Moses, the restaurant manager on duty.  Talking with him about my love of India and learning about his family was a great beginning to the day.  I highly recommend this property and will return there on my next trip to Hyderabad/Secunderabad.
