It's Awesome...Hotel Staff was helpfull and Room service and food Quality was better.. Owner see all work personally and Friendly..and they are managed our wildlife all sefaries..Pick Up Nad Drop Service was Good

Wild life safari

Overall I had a very pleasant stay at tiger queen resort. The room, the service as well as the food was very nice. I appreciated the service of the manage of the lodge who helped me to put me in the best zones of the park. If I come back to visit ranthambore national park I will stay there again. Recommended to check this place out.

Good site little out of main town so quite. Accommodation met average expectations. Food was excellent. But what made our stay really enjoyable was the friendly attentive staff. The owner was a very welcoming and charming host. In relaxed conversation he shared informative insights into modern India. 
He used to be a park guide so we were able to benefit from his knowledge and connections. 
The Vilas was a very relax place to stay at.

Stay in Ranthambhore

Best hotel in Ranthambore specially tents. Yhan ke log bahut hi badiya h sabhi ki neture bhut helping h entertainment ke liye culture program, ceram, foot ball,hourse raiding etc

Superb service

The service at The Tiger Queen was exceptional. They were friendly and warm and we were made to feel welcome.
We had a deluxe room. It was basic but perfectly fine. 
This is a great place for families as there is a pool and a field for playing games like badminton and cricket, we even got to play a game of cricket on Christmas day.
The food was incredible.

Warm and welcoming

My friend and myself stayed here for 2 nights as a base to do the tiger safaris in Ranthembore national park. 
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food was great, we were made to feel very welcome and they couldn't do enough to help us. 
The tent was clean and the beds were really comfortable. 
The complex is just on the edge of town, we were expecting it to be inside the national park and for it to be a lot quieter and more tranquil, there was loud music coming from a meeting place just down the road until quite late at night and the whistle from the train was very clear pretty much every hour throughout the night. 
The tents were quite dated and the pics on the website are a little deceiving. 
If you do not go there expecting luxury then you will be fine. 
However the attitude of the staff caused us to over look these issues and we had a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff

We stayed in luxury tents but didn't find much luxury though! Sadly we could not change the property as the entire payment was taken in cash at the time of check-in. 

Tent - The bathroom had whitewash stains all over the floor and inside the bucket as well. There was no mug inside the bathing area. The bed is placed right infront of the AC which is not appropriate. The lamp is kept beside the bed on the side table which is unsafe is you are staying with a baby. Carpet was dirty. Rats and lizards were regular visitors inside the tent.

Pool - The pool was dirty. The water was not rotated inspite of repeated requests. We asked it to be cleaned but we were told that there is grass everywhere so insects keep coming in. But our concern was the white soapy thing floating on it which could be removed only after rotating the water. Hence we did not step in the pool.

Restaurant - It is third party, not owned by the resort. Food was tasty but we missed authentic Rajasthani meal. RO water is served inside the used bisleri bottles. I found it strange and unhygienic too! They could have used jugs to serve, why used plastic bottles? There are sealed bottles too available but at additional charge.

Service - Our tent was right infront of the pool. Some guests were making noise near the pool area around midnight. I tried calling room service people multiple times to escalate it but nobody answered the phone!

Overall, it was an average stay as there is nothing much to explore around the property too.

Average stay, dirty pool & tent

The hotel is very different from the website. Though a remote location outside the main city area, food was fresh and of good quality. Room are big and location is decent. But the staff is unprofessional and lack far behind in the quality of services, expected from a good hotel.
