354 reviewsIn November 2023 I stayed in New Park. My stay was arranged by Grace India, travel agent in Delhi. Walking in town I slided and hurted and broke my little toe. The hotelmanager Mr. Surendra Singh brought me to the Mittal Hospital in Ajmer and helped my innall communication with the orthopedist, the radiologist, pharmacy,.... everything! After the first help at the hospital I stayed a few more days at the hotel. The whole staff was very helpful. I could enjoy the beautiful garden and cure a little. Also my second visit at the hospital Mr. Singh accompanied me and helped me through. As a solo female traveller I'm very thankful to him and the whole staff and also to the travel agents of Grace India. They adapted immediately my planned itinerary as I wished. I'd Luke to recommend this hotel to travellers who search for a nice hotel with good staff and a quiet garden!
