261 reviewsWe booked our hotel at Puri on MakeMyTrip online. Our room was a Family Suite Four-Bed room on the first floor, which is accessible by lift. The first appearance of the room was clean and spacious, having an aesthetic appeal. The furniture, although old, was well maintained and free from any bugs. Hotel Pushpa is within walking distance from the sea beach, and many good Bengali restaurants are nearby. The TV, AC, geyser, and mini fridge in our room were all in working condition. Although the room has two windows, it was difficult to open them. As such, the room is not well ventilated; you need to keep the AC on to avoid suffocation. The washroom was decent, but need to be careful when working with soap and water on the slippery tiles fitted in the bathroom. The entire stay was without any external disturbances. The puja panda in the hotel is very helpful, and his service was beyond my expectations. The driver provided for our tour package was very friendly, and he made all adjustments to suit our customized requirements. The behavior of the hotel staff was friendly and professional, and they attended to all our requests without any delay. Overall, a pleasant stay at Hotel Pushpa, Puri, and a recommended family hotel in Puri.
