Very bed experience in this hotel we are going in 28 december but hotel view in market area all distance is near but hotel location is good but you have not peace of mind in this area no room clear and tv is not working water tap in bathroom flush is not working antes in room we check out other day from hotel bcoz so much sound near hotel if dot stay in this hotel

Very trouble

Hotel is very good and very clean all place and  room quality is very comfortable. Hotel location is good near by everything is available. Hotel staff is coperative . Food is very tasty all staff behaviour is good.

Excellent

we stayed at the R k Palace for two nights.Upon arrival, we were treated like royalty and the checkin procedure was hassle free.The staff was courteous,very helpful and made us feel very welcome.I would like to mention GM Mr. Deependra singh,palace staff,who went out of their way to make us feel at home and were very polite,attentive and helpful.The rooms were in excellent condition.The food at all restaurants was excellent and staff was courteous everywhere.The hotel is very close to the railway station and transport is very easily available at affordable rates.All in all Rk Palace was a comforting experience which  clearly understands what customer service means.Would definitely visit it again.
