One of the best family hotel , rooms are clean , helping staff , delicious food and we booked a diamond room which has full wooden furnish with view of lake....highly recommended for families... property has garden too with lots of medicinal and aromatic plants

Good Hotel For Families

Amazing view from hotel. We enjoyed the view of naini lake. Food was so good. Breakfast was also good and healthy. All area was neat and clean. All staff was good. But manager rakesh Kumar is so helpful by nature. Every body will loved his friendly behavior and sweet home.

Love this hotel

Visited nainital on 08.008.2021. Hospitality services and behavior of all staffs are very good. (specially of Mr. Rakesh Ji.). Walkable distance from mall road. Food was also tasty. They had also arranged free parking services near hotel.

Experience

Palace exprience was really good, no doubt we enjoyed, during our stay , thanks to the staffs, vijay, sahil, and  aamir made our stay very comfortable, thank you all..food was really nice, and most probably will back visit again.

Hotel review

It was awesome family trip during lockdown in Nainital. We stayed their from Dec 2020 to Feb 2021. Every morning was amazing with full of energy. Main thing we met with an real royal man is Col. Dangwal. He is full of knowledge and energy and a man with his words. 
Everything was easily available with all daily needs. Best for Family trip..

Amazing lifetime experience in home away from home

What will be more better than feeling home on a place you are visiting for very first time. I travelled to Nainital a week ago with my friend and since the moment we entered the hotel, that staff were very pleasing and supporting, they were very well aware of all the covid-19 procedures to be followed. Being a small hotel we didn't expect such great hospitality the staff never made feel the lack of it. And lastly I would like to specially thank Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Rakesh Kumar for their extraordinary approach to help us with anything. It was a beautiful stay with you.

A beautiful experience

Very good experience. The staff was good and friendly. Aggressive pricing. Nice view of Naini lake from the balcony. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. safety measures were taken due to covid 19 (Appreciated)

Nainital holiday

Visited nainital for our first anniversary and booked this hotel for night. Good hotel but they need to look on cleanliness and hygiene. As their towles and bed linen was not clean when asked for change they said that its marks on the linen and washed.

Our stay

Hotel was on off side as at end of lake. To reach here, have to climb steps. Later on one scary dog at reception but dose not hurt any one. May be for safety reasons.
The services are OK kind, the rooms were not cleaned as aspected, bed sheets were stained, when asked to change they denied to change stating that it's just marks after been used for long times. Same for towels also.
 Be sure of saying here to take your own stuff. 

OK hotel at end of Naini Lake 

To be very Specific: Room and Bathroom Condition-4/5, Hotel Staff and Room Service-4/5 but the worst experience that I faced due to the recommendation of the Hotel Manager Mr. Nilesh Joshi regarding the sight seeing is worth sharing. Mr. Nilesh Joshi,indeed a nice person, recommended me a Taxi Driver Mr. Rajesh (Contact No.- 9690020244) who provided us a tour plan costing ₹9500 with ₹4500 advance and the remaining after the completion of the tour.Only 1 day before the completion of the tour I fell ill and could not travel further.Though Mr. Rajesh forced us to pay the full.But we had prior informed him that I would not travel the next day and requested him to take the money as per till date calculation.At last he forced us to Pay ₹8000 (which ideally costs ₹7000-₹7500 max)by threatening us in such a terrible way by saying 'Main bhi dekh lunga Aap kaise jate ho yaha se'.What I personally feel if such a creepy person like Rajesh can be someone's recommendation please think twice or thrice before taking any kind of deal from such a network. Everytime it's definitely not about the money, it's about good behaviour, courtesy and definitely it was a hurting experience being harrassed in the Hotel premises only.
