A place where I’ve been thrice and can go a hundred times….. Excellent ambience and a perfect hospitality. You will never feel to come back . From the staff to the food everything is so good . The owners too take care of us while we stay there so that we don’t lack anything….. Will visit again whenever gets a chance. An unforgettable experience and memory , which I can cherish all time.

Being jungle lover, I would always trying to find the new and raw jungle sites. This time I have decided to visit Kolitmara forest of Pench range. And searched out for stay near Kolitmara. I got the name Alis Arcadia Resort near by. So I decided to stay at Alis Arcadia.
Its sound isolated and meditational experience inside the property that you don't need for extra and additional jungle ride. Property itself occupied 30-40 acres of natural land with full of old trees. Landscape is such that you can enjoy sunrise and sunset both. So in the morning you can take one hr walk, aram se, Bird lover can see the various species of different fraternity. Well maintained and long lush green lawn makes you happy, Swings at various places give a childhood experience. Well maintained outdoor swimming pool is good to chill. And the indoor sports center could make your family members cheers to pass their time.
Most sizzling factor is the food of this resort..Had never tested such a wonderful test befor in any of the resort yet I stayed. Its called authentic food, if its Poha Tarri..it is, or if its Dum biryani..it is.
And the owner Mr. Ali and Mr. Mohit, personally take care of each traveller, This makes the lot of difference in a stay from the other places.
I have visited in toughmost part of summer, on 4th and 5th june, but super coold cottages and dining Hall ease out the temperature.

So all n all its cool experience perfect place to visit with family and experiencing jungle through the property.

The resort is excellent for a relaxed time away from work/studies. The highlight was the pool. Beautiful rooms. Food was excellent and the staff were cooperative. In all had a Fantastic weekend..
Would definitely recommend.!

Relaxed weekend.

This a latest experience. So please read through.

Please read through the review. Thats the experience I am telling. It was 25 Dec weekend. So its latest. 

Location of the resort is good. 
But I felt its not maintained. Rooms are Ok. If you stay for 2 nights, you have to be behind manager to get the room cleaned, change bed sheets, room freshener etc. we had couple rooms for 2 nights and couple for 1.

Checkin time was 12 and rooms got ready by 1:30 almost. 
And there is no good room service at all. Manager will try give you excuses.

He will rush to have your dinner as soon as possible, doesn't mater if you want spend tome with friends. Dinner was available till 10:30, we did make clear that we will have the dinner by 10. But manager was behind us from 9. We really got pissed off actually. And he will not even serve you dinner at room or at your bone-fire place. You have to get off go to his place, have dinner and come back to your sitting area chill. I know its stupid but thats how it is! 

Morning breakfast was supposed to be ready by 9 AM, It wasn't ready by 10 AM. That ruins if you plan to go out for a drive. Because by the time you comeback, manager will wrap-up. We asked him for tea after breakfast, he was like "subh to diya na".. i mean what the heck !! All over India, even smallest resorts will serve you tea/coffee for breakfast. By the way coffee wasn't  even available. I had to argue with him to make it!

By the way this may sound lot of complaints, but they charge 5500 to 6000 per room (for 2) or 2500 per head. So the expected services were basics!! It is HIGHLY OVER PRICED. Also the closest safari gate is a buffer zone so its not something to excited about.  They just dump entire garbage plastic, glass etc in a nearby pit in their campus !! No management of that. 

Food was just ok. Don't go by good food reviews. Food is just like how you get it in any average restaurant in Nagpur, buy costly. Dinner,Lunch is included in package and you can also order from menu. E.g. Chicken 65 was Rs.350 and taste was no were close to that. French fries were worst. Water bottle is for Rs. 40. Just 3 Kms from that resort you will get it for Rs. 25 !!

I would not recommend this because of the management! And also not something you want to go again.

No Service, Poor Management, Very Average food, highly overpriced.. Not Recommended.

Worst stay,impolite staff,Shabby room.
I had to checkout at midnight paying full tariff.
They want cash and don’t give you GST invoice if you require invoice they ask for extra 18% GST.
Food quality is also not good.

Day picnic with stay

It was an amazing stay. Had so much fun with friends. We had great time with live music and good food. It was a perfect gateway from the city chaos! The amenities was great and it was so fun to stay there

Great Trip

Loved the greenery and the way they have maintained the resort. Plenty of open spaces for children to play around. Food is good and staff is courteous. The cottages are spread across the property and it is not very crowded.

I’ve been there twice and I feel this place is very homely with a beautiful , raw and green landscape, food is also nice it includes all the three meals in one day stay , you can go for jungle safari also at kolitmara gate which is the backside of Pench , peaceful and best for nature lovers

Best staycation near nagpur 

The ambience , amineties including Food was excellent. Staff is co-operative. Swimming pool gives a added flavour to the forest surrounding. Recommended for family and get togther. Jungle Safari can be booked with vehicle pickup and drop Facility at doorstep.

Visit to ALI's ARCADIA

It was an absolute privilege to visit Ali's Arcadia Resort. Spent couple of days there with Mr Noor Ali, who owns the place and experienced one of the best hidden treasures of India located at stone throw distance from a massive tiger reserve. The cottages are massive and immaculately maintained. I have very rarely seen attention to micro-level details to ensure guest comfort. The outdoor area is so beautiful including the swimming pool that you can relax anywhere in this massive resort. Its a perfect place for kids and elders, in other words, a complete family package. The food was a perfect blend of home made food and exotic dishes. Last but not the least the outdoor activities including forest drives keeps you thrilled and occupied throughout the day. To be honest two days is not enough for this little paradise. Congratulations to Mr Ali and his staff for making this place so relaxing and comfortable. Will visit again with my family from Perth next October - Rajendra Olaniya
