Hidden gem... Great place and hospitality... The food was also quite good. Greenery all around. Though a little construction was taking place nearby which caused some disturbance during the day. Intricately decorated rooms are also a highlight.

Hidden gem

We organised an academic meeting at Shaheen Bagh. Although the venue had not hosted a large hybrid meeting before, the owners were extremely helpful with all additional arrangements and various small tweaks that were needed. In particular, the wifi was superb and set up to support upto 100 people online (although we did not get near this number). I would suggest requesting technical IT help, it requires an extra charge but really helps with conducting a smooth meeting. 

The surroundings are serene and ideal for discussions, and the food really feels fresh and tasty! Be aware that this is a boutique resort, so the general atmosphere is not that of a well-oiled large hotel. In winter it can get really cold so it's a good idea to go prepared. The rooms are large and old style, and the heating variable (please request the large oil heaters).  However, they do have beautiful warm razais! What I really liked was their openness to feedback and initiating change. Look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic location for a meeting

It's an amazing place if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. The best thing about Shaheen Bagh is Sandhya ma'am and Arun Sir who make you feel at home and all our requests were looked after so well. Its a great resort away from the hustle bustle of daily life

Perfect Peaceful Holiday

We had gone to attend a marriage and were lucky that we got the vintage room. Our room was lovely and it was like living in a palace. Bathroom was surprisingly very modern with all modern facilities and stocked like a five star hotel but still retained the Vintage theme. Beds were soft, extra pillows provided.  It was very cold so on asking we were provided with a room heater. There was railing chair lift to go up and down. Dining and food was excellent. I recommend trying the local dishes. There is a lovely library and it was an experience of a life time. One warning is don't leave doors open as there are monkeys around and they are pretty bold. 

Experience it at least once. Serene, beautiful view on all sides. Great hospitality from the staff and owners.

Could spend one nite only but that was good enough to plan for next round soon. Overall v nice experience, warmth of host and staff, homely fresh food et all, just gets pretty cold at night during peak winter time so be prepared- heater may not suffice.  Coming bk soon!

Wonderful

Beyond beautiful stay, the maintenance and hospitality is amazing, the staff stays on their toes for all your requests. They have such a calm aura , you feel so close to nature. The liberals/ spa / theatre and the most amazing pool . Highly recommend to stay atleast for 2 days to explore the full property. 
They know exactly how to take care and make the guests at home and comfortable.

Shaheen Bagh exceeded our expectations in all aspects, whether it was Food, Comfort or Hospitality.Rooms are beautiful & very aesthetically done up .... The owners & staff were amazing & a delight to interact with.They made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasent.

Since we were a group of 13 they gave us a common room with fire place for our evening get togethers. 

Would highly recommend this place.

Heavenly Abode in the Wilderness

BEAUTIFUL and WELCOMING!!!! 
The view and the vibe couldn’t match with anything. The People, food and the nature were everything you could ever ask for. The rooms were too pretty and It felt like my second home
