Beautiful property totally worth staying here . This place feels like home . This is a must stay home . The service we were provided is excellent. You have a fire place with a swing . The best part is the game room ,it's super cosy and but still huge . Thank you guys for the care

Beautiful home

My family and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa.

From the moment we walked in the entrance to the Tulips Villa, we were thoroughly impressed and it only gets more breathtaking when you visit its backyard which has got a beautiful view.

It has all the conveniences, you would ever want with a family or a couple or a group of friends to get away with long lasting memories.

Toddlers to teens, parents to grandparents; there's something to do. To name a few, it has got - Smart TV with top OTT channels, Free Wi-Fi, Chessboard, Playing Cards, Slide, Swing, Barbecue and Campfire.

I have been in the hospitality industry and I know that to attain this level of service is true dedication to the industry. Keep up the great work, have a very prosperous and successful season.

A Picturesque Place...

I am staying at this property for 6th time...First of all , the prmoter MrJeff is very nice person and he made the villa with  perfection and unique...

The view from the backyard is so butiful and I feel rechrged everytime I visit here..The campfire arranged by Anand and Muthaiya is so good , we used to spend 4to 5 hours every day we stay here..

His staff Muthaiya to so enthusiastic, he was in touch with us from the one we planned for the trip , patiently listen to our requirements and made arrangements accordingly..he is good guide also..

Tulip's caretaker Mr&Mrs Anand are very nice and friendly people...they cook tastey home food and serve us..

What else we need in Kodai... definitely I can say , Tulips is home away from home @ Kodai

Excellent Stay

Had a great time with my family. Kids enjoyed the most out of the stay. We stayed for couple of days we hardly moved out the villa. We didn't go out so Netflix and IPL kept us occupied. This is a long awaited review as we have been a regular visitor here at tulips villa.Good home cooked food -idly and chutney are simply the best.cooked at the venue by caretaker Anand and family.Barbeque-mutton chops and chicken wings preperation was a delicacy. Muthu took good care of us helping us with purchases As we were adviced not to go out during covid. Campfire in the evening was as usual a super experience. Covid safety measures properly followed by staff.A Must visit.

Private villa with a beautiful view and hospitality

This place is purely amazing,calm and love.fantastic hospitality.This place is runs by mr.jeff who is very helpful and friendly and his team is super cool.we spent 2 nights here everything was really good.as for the rooms are really comfort and I would recommend everyone to visit this place will be quite close to your destination.u can spend your day time by playing Indoor games like carrom,chess and even they have play station too,and family members they can spend their time over television which they provide Netflix streaming and Amazon stick for your entertainment,the staff members will check your comfort often and they were really good at their work.over all rating I would like to give 5/5 to this place I really enjoyed my time.i would like to visit again in a couple of months.Thank you Mr.jeff brother for the wonderful arrangements and beautiful time.

A perfect place to spend ur holiday

Nice place to visit, hill top view. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Max 8 members can stay.those who want to spend good weekend. This is the best to stay and suggest other people also. Friendly caretaker too.

Firends trip

The cottage is situated in just the right place where the view is beautiful. I had an awesome time with my friends with  a lit up camp fire and also the rooms were cosy and clean. Home cooked food was also provided. Overall it was an awesome and a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this to my friends.

School Reunion + Friend's Wedding 

It's a complete  resort for family and friends.Nice place with good view. Lovely  atmosphere  being  with friends  with campfire  music and home made food.
Rooms  are very comfortable with wooden  flooring . Best place to visit it has  4 beaded rooms with hall dinning  and kitchen.

School  Get together

Great location. Clean rooms, kitchen, sitting room and of course bathrooms.Hot water facility.It was fun spending time with friends there. Want to go again an again .The best part was the bbque and the food . The owner was really humble.Great support from the caretakers.

Vacation

Was the best place in kodi town, the host and the people ones who takes care are the best, they suggest the best places to go and also the best food.. Every night BBQ, there is a in house guitar and there is a Communication center for the the children to chill and there are loads of  I mean atleast 1000 of Blue Ray games and Movies. Tulips in my book is the best experience in Kodai. 
You will not be able to find this hospitality and the experience any were in kodai...
