I stayed there on IND NZ Wc match night after paying high charges and my strong recommendation is DONOT go there. No proper road, No proper room, No proper staff, no proper hygiene. Since my family had to spent 1 night, we somehow done it and checked out. Only name is fancy.

Pathetic Hotel and stay.

Worst hotel, unhygienic rooms, mannerless staff, dilapidated building, insect in the rooms, pathetic service, It was so messy that I left it in the middle advance amount too. Never ecommend for anyone.

I loved the place, location food atmosphere and most importantly the wonderful staff. I loved the view from the room. I like food too. It’s very wonderful place everyone has to visit once’s.. Weather is too good 🧿😍

Nice and well management. Food also yummy and tasty. Fast service. Co-operative staff members. Views also beautiful from this hotel. Rooms  are good. Everyone should come once here. Atmosphere is very beautiful.

July trip

It was great experience staying here. Mr Ravneet is very cool person and tried everything to make our stay conformable.  Will recommend everyone to stay here. Room Service was quick. Rooms are spacious. 

Great experience

Stayed here on 11th March 2022 during our trip of 6 families from Bangalore to Himachal. Situated very near to Bhagsu Temple. Not easily accessible to important locations of the City sine it is located in a narrow lane and  difficult to reach TTs.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
No separate Reception point, restaurant, dining space and food was served in the open balcony visible to all residents neighboring properties and was not tasty. Every time we request curd or coffee, they go outside to bring milk or packed curd from a small grocery store. 
Bitter experience was, we ate Alu Parota with pickle and the staff showed blank faces telling that NO stock of curd at the grocery shop and no minimum responsibility to have sufficient stock well in advance
The staff are customer friendly and cooperative but appears helpless situation expressing " We are only Employees and management people are staying at Delhi"

Not a suitable place for families to stay here with MAP package, expecting satisfactory food. 

It is suitable for bachelors only for stay

Budget Stay

We had booked the rooms well in advance and frankly speaking it's was just by looking at the reviews in here we decided, didn't find the rooms or the hotel as per the pics, so pls don't go by the pic posted.
The hotel rooms were not good , the blankets were smelling probably not washed , we pointed it out to the staff and had them exchanged of course  

Worst hotel and no upkeep of the place 

I stay here for 2 night it was very nice place. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff was very friendly Specially manager of the hotel mr. Narinder. Very good food, nice experience with turkish cottage.....

its budget hotel.ppl staff is very helpful, for heater u have to pay extra, clean linen ,food is good ,service nice . but not recommonded for oul ppl as they have no lifts, n steep hill 4-5 min walkto reachplace ,but near to bhagsu temple ..
