This very good hotel. I stayed twice. Alcohol is not available in this hotel. It is very good for those who don't take alcohol and also for family. Darjeeling Mal is very near to the hotel. There is no car parking. YOu will get lot of veg non veg restaurant near to this hotel.

Located in the heart of city. Just a 10 mins walk to Mall Road at one side n on the other side local markets can be easily reached.Good Food n good services are served. It was a wonderful stay out there.

Food accordingly my taste from Hyderabad, is good only the problem is narrow roads , it is nearer to all markets for shopping, the only for all bathrooms should have exhaust fans my room 206

We had been to the hotel in the month of February. It was a family trip. The destination of the hotel was good The location of the hotel was very good as it was in the city and was convenient for everything. The ambience of the hotel was very good as its looks were attractive and the construction of the hotel was very good. The front office and reception was very good. The staff's were very cooperative and friendly. The rooms were also very good. The food and drink provided by the hotel were very good.

Best suited hotel located in the heart of Darjeeling

Very good hotel

Good hotel with good location.

Good Location in the middle of markets and the taxi stand,close to station, sleep quality poor..bathrooms not so good,they have an in-house restaurant which serves good food also offers free wifi and travel desk.

Really disappointed after staying for 2 nights. Only good thing is rooms are quite big and well furnished. But it is a really old building so walls are damp (you can literally see damp stains even through the plastic paint, and even the blanket cover had mold growing on it). No hot water, TV doesn't work, plug points don't work and so on. No lift in the building, so if you have elderly or disabled family members, please don't stay here. The food in the restaurant is good but ambience is not, some local goon type men frequent this place so not a nice atmosphere, particularly for young women. Lastly, although it is near the Mall Road such that Keventer's & Glenary's are within a short walking distance, it is located within a narrow lane which makes parking extremely difficult and most cab drivers do not want to go to the hotel entrance in fear of getting stuck (not being able to turn and reverse).

Do yourself a favour and don't book your stay in this pathetic hotel!

Pathetic Hotel Ever I have seen

We had a private (couple) tour package with esikkimtourism.in and they had arranged this CHEAP hotel. The guy at the reception was very rude. Rooms were dirty...looked like a b**r b*r. Room had a big window, but the irony is you can't even open it otherwise your room would be completely visible from outside. Bathroom was dirty and had no ventilation. The hotel is called "international", but had no lifts (had to take stairs 3 floors to get to the room). Usually people go on a vacation to get relaxed, but you can't even sleep peacefully because of 5:00 am morning bell sound coming from the surroundings. The location was chaotic and not safe for couples.

Looked like the cheapest hotel in Darjeeling. Even though our tour package with esikkimtourism.in included the stay we moved to another hotel in good and safe locality. We did not even care to ask our money from esikkimtourism.in since we just wanted to move out.

Do not go with the photos posted on their website, it looks completely opposite to what they offer.

Avoid at all cost even for FREE...Better options at better price

Had to stay two nights there. I guess the hotel doesn't fulfill the minimum criteria of being a hotel. We had to climb 4 floors as they didn't have any lift. The toilet was the worst part of our room. The toilet window is situated towards the walkway of rooms. The toilet was smelling like a suarage pipe.
