We had to face two time without water due to some plumbing issue, at the arrival it took 2.30 min to solve the issue so had to sleep late and also happend the next day. Rest everything was fine and good. AC also had problem in one of the rooms

Water Issue

Good room provided by hotel front desk staff, room was clean and tidy, washroom okay, good breakfast in the next morning, the location of the hotel is very important, I catched my bus to electronic City from a walkable distance from the hotel.

Not Satisfactory

The location is the main attraction for this property. Very close to Majestic Bus stand and all other parts of Bangalore City. Pleasant stay and car parking facilities are available. Break fast to be have some improvement in spread, it always same whenever visiting here.

Affordable and Access to Bangalore City

Hotel is old type hotel compare to others thae price also hogh compare to other ,service is fine ,staff behavious was good, but there blockage in bathroom, so i fake difficulty during bath, AC remote also not worked properly after they given me the remote . There is huge difference in what show in tribo and in actual it is dissapointing for me show actual photo.

I stayed at this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star and the price was very competitive and the reviews were decent. But my experience was far from satisfactory. The AC in the room that I checked into didn't work. It took the hotel staff almost 30 minutes to move me to another room. Even there the AC didn't work and they had to call their technician to fix it. The lighting in the room is poor and needs improvement, you get a very gloomy feeling. Don't be fooled by the lighting in the photo, it has either been photo-shopped or they have used good supplemental lighting to take the picture. You have to wait until 8 am to find hot water in the bathroom. The reason the hotel management gave me was that they had an old boiler which took a while to heat the water. So if you have an early morning flight or train, good luck with bathing in cold water or use an extra burst of cologne spray.
The breakfast is not worthy of mention. As another reviewer pointed out, there are some decent places around the area that serve better tasting food. Their toiletries were decent, definitely better than some 4 star hotels that I have stayed at. Their customer service is pathetic. My bathroom had only one towel even though I had another guest staying in my room and I had to remind them multiple times to get us more towels. The hotel staff needs some serious training in customer service.

This is definitely not a hotel where I will stay again.

Would not recommend unless you are looking for something very cheap and don't care about quality
