The room was neat and decent enough for the amount we paid. The hotel management assisted us in all ways they can and were provided with nice food at an affordable rate. The hotel lies in the beautiful region with the very nice view. At it lies near the peak it was very chill and enjoyable.

Good and Decent

Comfortable and memorable stay, Service is very good, Staffs are very friendly and helpful to suggest tourist tips. The food at their restaurant was very good quality and fresh , the rates are also very reasonable

The RJ Inn is located near dodabetta .
Booked through Oyo. Unfortunately Oyo Assistance is not reachable most of the time the customer care call is not reached.
The classic Room picture showed in site is not exactly the same. We Had to upgrade to deluxe room after reaching there which is very nice spacious with extra cost.
But they don't provide towels or Bathroom accessories.
The wardrobe was stinking so could not utilize.
The paid breakfast was not up to the mark as they mentioned different menu and served other food that too limited.
The overall experience is average .
Since location is near Tea park and dodabetta the climate is really chill and no room heater provided untill ready to pay extra.

Location is good 5-6 km from city center, i stay 14 to 16 October 2019. Food is average limited menu. But hotel manager is very rude. I suggest never book this hotel if you want enjoy in ooty. If you give nagative reviews than manager call you and threat.

Room and bathroom are very small !. Bathroom there is no exhaust ! heater limited only! Room very bad smells (liquor) floors are sticky.

Terrible experience with the hotel. Mannerless hotel staff and the manager himself.
Worst property... Not worth the money at all. Pathetic food and place. 
Not at all suggested for anyone to go and invest in such pathetic place and people around.

Terrible would be an understatement for this hotel. Ill-mannered staff, manager extremely rude, none were guest friendly. Pathetic food. No proper amenities. Towel provided was extremely dirty. Even the locks of the rooms were in a bad condition. If I could I would have rated this hotel as - 5. No wi-fi. Breakfast that comes complimentary with the booking was charged for a second serving. Total disappointment. Even cleanliness was a big issue there.
