Maya Panzió

I stayed several times in Maya Pension. The property is located in New Szeged, across the bridge, 15 min walk from city centre. The place is very clean and properly maintained. I stayed during winter time and the room was properly heated.  Staff speaks english and they were able to assist. It is easy to find parking around the hotel so there is no need to pay for the one. I would definitely recommend this place for good and comfortable stay.

location is excellent if you are going to Aquapolis, just across the street. You can part your car in their parking. The breakfast is  very good and you can get coffee and juice. also. We stayed for a dinner also in the restaurant and everything from the many was excellent. Kids love the burgers.
We take suite for four of us and we get very specious apartment, clean and nice.
Friendly staff.

Nice, modern apartments, good food, very pleasant staff. From a few steps to the Aquapolis, and you can easily reach the city center with a few minutes walk, on the nearest bridge. Good prices. A little small and crowded parking space, difficult for drivers to reach.

Small, clean budget hotel near to river Tisza, City Bridge (Belvárosi híd) and spa. Breakfast is included, the hotel has a restaurant as well, but I have no experience about it. You can park your car in the  yard. It's ok.

We were in our way to Austria and needed one night to rest. Nice and clean place, restaurant with good food and big portions. It was nice and we may come back. 
You can chose if you want breakfast or not. It was warm and very close to the city center.

Very nice place

If would like to find the room which is very close to Szeged Aquapolis but not so expensive, this aparthotel could be your choice.

Positive sides:
- Location (50m from Aquapolis),
- Free private car parking, maximum for 7 or 8 cars,
- Restaurant which is located in the same building (Italian, Mexican, international food, average prices for Szeged).
- Good heating during the winter.

The things which should be improved (kind recomandation for the management):

- Towels and the whole bathroom were not clean enough when we arrived,
- Very small pillows in the bedroom,
- Dirty windows in the whole appartment,
- Hair dryers in appartments could be useful since the large number of guests of this aparthotel are the quests of Aquapolis as well.

Good location, but should be more clean

Hotel is nice but the blond receptionist attitude is the worst. She has no skills in customer service! I stayed in the hotel for one month and there were several times I got from her and only from her bad service. For example I asked from her if it would be possible to have late check out at 2pm (and you have to remember I have already been staying one month in this hotel so it's not a huge favor to ask). She said that it's impossible because rooms have to be cleaned. I asked is there coming other guest in the room and she said no. So basically room will be empty and not needed by anyone but still she couldn't do this small favor for me. I am next year returning to Szeged for another month but because of this one receptionist behavior I will find a different hotel to stay in. I hope she will get some lessons in customer service because her behavior is not in the level of other employees you have working in your hotel.

Otherwise a great hotel but bad customer service from one receptionist made my stay not so good.
