The staff is rude and totally unhelpful. They did not even know if they where going to be open during the lockdown but still charged the full fee. Even the Booking employes can not communicate with them.

Not helpful at all

Good, clean property, nice fireplace in the room with a good supply of wood daily. Excellent breakfast with great pies and jams. Very kind staff, it is in a great location, at very close proximity to restaurants, bars and mini market. :)

Winter weekend break

We just returned from a long week end in the Trikala area and stayed at the Mysaion.  We had stayed there a few years ago and liked it, it was just as we remembered, great.  Vassilis, the owner, has very good taste and the hotel is a charming place to stay.  Although it is right on the central square and you can walk to all the restaurants, it is quiet with double glazed windows.  The bed was very comfortable, lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.  The breakfast was quite good even though it was off season.  Vassilis was extremely helpful and knowlegable as we planned our excursions in the area.  We will continue to go there.

A lovely small hotel in a marvelous location

Situated at Mesaia Trikkala about 40 km west of Corinth on the slopes of Mount Ziria, this makes a good base for climbers, walkers and skiers. The hotel is situated on the village "square", where there are also bars and tavernas.
The owner takes a lot of interest in his guests and offers suggestions for eating places and attractions in the area. He had spent a long time in America and so spoke good English.
Breakfasts were very good with a wide range of items
Our room was on the first floor overlooking the square and was well appointed. It had central heating which was welcome in April when we visited. The room also had a fireplace which the owner offered to light for us if required.
