The staff is great, Steven, the owner is very friendly and speak perfect English. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Refrigerator and complimentary tea and coffee makers. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free very good WIFI and LCD satellite TV. The location of the hotel is excellent within a 2-minute walk from the beach. The hotel is located near Glyfada shopping and restaurant area and is right next to the tram station, tram nbr 5 goes to Athens center (fare EUR 1.40:-) The airport bus X96 bus stop "Plaz Voulas" is just outside the hotel (fare EUR 6:-) It is next to a busy road but most hotels are and it is manageable. Free parking as well.
