Myself and my partner stayed here in a double en-suite room as part of a larger family group for 2 weeks in August. The double rooms comprised of two single beds which are placed together, a small tv, a small fridge with freezer box and either a kettle or coffee maker (ours had both) with cups and saucers. They also had a small balcony with a table and chairs and a washing line with pegs! Our rooms had lovely scenic views of the Pelion mountains. All rooms have A/C, which is a necessity when staying here in August in the middle of a pan-European heatwave! Other family members we travelled with had a studio apartment just down the hallway from us. The studio had a larger fridge freezer and cooking facilities in the form of an oven and double hotplate combo and a separate double hotplate. The studio apartment also had a large balcony area which was ideal for all 9 of us to gather in the evenings. Other family members had a 2 storey maisonette in a different part of the complex, with bedroom & bathroom upstairs with AC and kitchen/living area downstairs with no AC. Although this had a fridge freezer and cooking facilities it didn't appear to be as well equipped as the Studio apartment! Also the hot water was powered by solar units in the maisonette, so it was fine for evening use, but by morning it wasn't warm at all - or so I was informed! 
The apartments are literally a few moments stroll from the beach, which location wise is excellent, although at night it got quite noisy at times - fine if you keep the windows shut and AC on! Parking is on street - wherever you can get in! If you are returning by car at night, be prepared to park further away from the apartments. We usually found spaces down by the church.
The double rooms and studio were up quite a few flights of stairs and there are no lifts, which wasn't an issue for us, but not ideal for people with mobility issues. The maisonette was located on the ground floor but was still accessed via some stone steps. The rooms were cleaned and bed linen and towels changed every 4/5 days.
Overall I was very happy with our accommodation, though I imagine it would not be as convenient if we weren't visiting with others whose accommodation had cooking facilities. I would certainly consider staying here again and would recommend it to others wishing to visit Kala Nera and the Pelion region in general.
