135 reviewsOn a first time visit to skiathos for those looking for a quieter stay this hotel is perfect. Located at bus stop 16 the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Main Street past around 8 restaurants & some hotels & villas. The restaurants & bars in the area are all wonderful with friendly staff & delicious homemade Greek food. You must pay a visit to Dimitri at the Iguna pool bar where you can happily sit by the pool all day and enjoy drinks & cocktails with great service! The location is ideal to visit all the wonderful beaches on the island for €1.60, and then a trip into the main town. Buses run until 1am. The hotel is clean with extremely spacious air conditioned rooms, the staff are welcoming & friendly and very helpful for assisting with booking taxis ( we had an early flight to Athens to catch and had to leave at 4:30am, which the manager had arranged for us)the pool area was great, small bar for drinks & snacks & sunbeds with umbrellas! I would return to skiathos what a beautiful island and I would definitely stay at Marialenna villas again!
