A great taverna right near the beach in Nikiti . They have a large variety of dishes on the menu including fresh sea fish which the waiter showed us so that we could choose.The food was tasty,prices very reasonable and the service was excellent even though the restaurant was quite full

Our best meals in Greece

It’s a lovely hotel with really friendly staff, a great view, perfect location on the beach but away from the noisy bars. The rooms are very new and modern and cleaned every day. Breakfast is great, buffet style with continental and cooked options, coffee, juice, etc. The restaurant is very good and very reasonably priced. I’d definitely stay here again

Excellent place to stay in Nikiti

The location cannot be beaten even though we were somehow concerned, but it was absolutely the best in Nikiti. Far enough from all the crowd but close enough to reach anywhere without a car that we had and used only to explore other beaches. The restaurant has great service and food, though limited menu for longer or more frequent visits. We also appreciated great staff and beach in front of the hotel. There was not enough space on the private parking but the space in front of the hotel next to the beach always had a place. The rooms were new and very modern. The staff was useful and always available. We also got the breakfast in the rooms, though it was packed breakfast we yet appreciated the efforts. Towels for the beach were also very useful. 

The rooms could have some more space for storage of the clothes and luggage. It was also missing some small needed items as holder for soap, etc. The design may not be at best for some people as the bathroom was an open view (glass) and  if you are travelling as friends it may be an issue so check it well on the pictures. We had some limited cleaning and refilling of the items in the bathroom, but it may have been due to Covid policy, it did not bother us much as whenever we asked we got all needed immediately. Internet was kind of slow at times, but it was free.

Good stay even for longer period...

We were for the 6th time in Greece when we stayed here. Every time in a different place so we have things to compare too.
This place is absolutely superb: spotlessly clean, really well located, awesome private beach. And to top it all the owner Mikalis is one of the nicest people on the planet, making everyone feel welcome. This is a great all rounder, good breakfast, good restaurant with fair priecs, close to the center of the city if you want some night action and 1 km away from two supermarkets. And if you want to explore, many other beautiful beaches are nearby (15-30 mins drive). We highly recommend this hotel and will find a way to return soon.

An amazing experience - especially with small children

This is a beautiful property with an excellent location - just outside of the city meaning less noise, but it takes you only 5 minutes to reach it. The very beautiful beach is literally at your front door. This small hotel has everything you need and more - it is flawlessly clean, it is nicely designed, there is a restaurant and a bar that also offers drinks and snacks on the beach. Everything mentioned above sums up to an overall rating of 5 stars, but there is not a number of stars big enough that could do justice to the hospitality and the staff. It is like you are a part of this extremely kind family: the owner who told us about all of the places and restaurants around the peninsula worthy of going, who gave us olive oil from his father, the waitress Eleni who was smiling every morning, the owner’s mother Sonia whose homemade tiropita we ate every morning aside from our breakfast. Highly recommend!

Excellent!

Absolutely stunning property,  but also incredibly well run from the human point of view.
If you want a big efficient hotel.....go elsewhere. 
It's small, beautiful,  friendly and homely. The food is home cooked, the beach is outside the front door,  and it s beautifully designed. When I say homely, on our 3rd day Mikhas(the owner) told us his mother was making Mousska the next day!
I gravely doubt I will ever have a better one!
Basically Sonias House is truely fantastic!!!
My wife and I loved it.
Nikiti is lovely, and we got great weather, but there is NOTHING to do!!!
It's a chill out holiday, and not for cranky kids!

Deserves Praise

Makis, the friendly owner of "Sonia's House", is really a super host who makes his guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. "Sonia's House" is a small, cosy and well-managed hotel with its own cafe which serves good breakfast. Our 2-bedroom apartment had two side sea-view balconies one of which was furnished and quite spacious. Both the rooms and a kitchenette were clean and had everything we needed. Another advantage was that the hotel has a beach bar with free sunbeds and sun-shades. Besides, our car was safely parked in the inner court and not in the street like in many similar places.

Peaceful and convenient place to stay in front of the beach

Great apartment, large and clean, they are changing towels and sheets every 3 days, beach is few meters away, free wi fi, nice snack restaurant. We were in a apartment with two rooms, kitchen and big balcony, enough for two adults and two children. 
I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel!

Nice little family run hotel in a peaceful part of Nikiti. Big and clean rooms with aircondition and lcd tv's.Kitchen good enough for light meals+terace you can use as a dining space.Very helpfull stuf +clening and new shets and towels every 3days. Beach with all amenities just across the street. Beach bar and restaurant run by the ovners. We will come again for shure.

Good value

Sonias House is a nice apartment right in the seaside. The beach is sandy and the sea is calm and clear. The entrance to the sea is stony for about 6-8 meters and sandy again. The sea is about 70 centimeter deep when you reach to totaly sandy area. They made a road with blocks to pass that stony area. Our 70 year old mother could also swam there. We stayed in a suit with two rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. there are TVs and air conditioners in both rooms. The kitchen and the balcony are in the  room against the sea. There is a refrigerator and kitchen tools so it is easy to have breakfast and cook some meals if you want. There is a restaurant as well, the foods were delicious. There is a bakery and a little market in 8-10 minutes distance by walking. There are 2 big supermarkets 5 minutes distance by car. 
       Nikiti's location is also good because it is so close to some nice villages and beaches lige aghia nicholas, neos marmaras, lagonisi..
      The internet was free and good enough for whatsapp facebook etc, but not good enough for videos...
