We have been going to Poros for the last 10 years; not every year as covid and work permitted. we used to stay in different hotel/appartements but we found this one which have been renovated recently (i think) during the end of our last trip in may 2022. So we booked for may 2023 and we did not regret it at all !!! 
Rooms are furnished in a modern way. The pool area is lovely. And the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. We weren’t be able to try their restaurant as it was not yet open. definitely for next year !! hopefully !! good job to the owner and all the staff for their  warm hospitality and amazing accommodations.

We had the best 3 night stay at the Helen Hotel, it was just perfect! The apartment was lovely and clean and the view over the pool and sea from the balcony was amazing! 
The staff here made the holiday, they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. 
Despite it being August, we never struggled to get a sunbed. The pool and outdoor areas are perfect, lots of places to sun bathe as well as some shaded areas. 
We had lots of meals in the hotel restaurant all of which were delicious! We recommend asking what the specials are too as they were amazing! 
The location is also perfect for exploring and there are also some other lovely restaurant close by. 
The private beach area is great. 
We would definitely come back again.

Perfect stay in the most gorgeous hotel!

First of all, I cannot write a more positive review. This hotel is most likely the best hotel in Poros. We stayed here as a young family looking for peace and relaxation and we got it. The staff here are a delight and the rooms (and view) are beautiful. We actually had a difficultly while we were here and our son contracted a strep throat infection. The owners sorted all issues in a matter of hours we saw a microbiologist and a paediatrician. The owner even drove us to the medical centre! Sofia and her husband and children are a credit to this place. They made the whole experience wonderful. We have always said we would never revisit a hotel but this hotel ticks all the boxes 1. Wonderful owners 2. Respectful of everyone 3. Incredible homemade food and restaurant on the beach 4. Beautiful rooms 5. Clean pool and lots of sunbeds 6. Sea view.

Just beautiful, come here, you won't regret it

Booked in April for September 22 then received a message  in July saying their availability had changed and I could either change rooms ( to a lower quality one ) half way through my holiday or cancel!  I therefore cancelled.. do not accept bookings then cancel availability 3 months later..very poor service and very poor communication.

Stayed here for four nights with my sister in a superior apartment. It’s was spotless and exactly as advertised on the website. The beds were so comfortable.. It’s a family run hotel and the service is top class: everything was perfect, the pool area, the private beach., the food and drink. I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s an easy walk into Poros town and there are plenty of taxis available €5.00 into town. There is a supermarket and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Thanks to Sophia and her family for a really memorable trip to Greece.

Just beautiful

Even though we were informed that the pool is opened until 19:00 without any hour limitation (no signs at all), the owner very impolitely informed us that we can use the pool during noon only if our kids do not lough or speak loudly!!!
The reason we selected this hotel was exactly that for our kids to play in the pool.
We surely made a wrong choice!
Not recommended for families with kids that wish to play in the pool.

Sweet Sophia in Helen Hotel

Helen Beach Hotel a family-run establishment was superb in every aspect!  Upon our arrival my daughter and I were welcomed by the beautiful smile and radiant energy of owner Sofia, along with her entire family and staff that left us in awe from the very start.  The hotel is newly renovated, with an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic design throughout:  the rooms are very spacious with fresh and uplifting colors, the design and landscaping of the pool and lounge area elevate your senses with sheer joy and relaxation.  The location and breathtaking views, the private beach, the great food and ambiance of Evriali Restaurant, along with the professionalism and ethos of the entire staff made our stay unforgettable.  It was evident throughout that every detail was taken into consideration with impeccable care and attention, providing a most memorable mesmerizing experience. The most amazing experience!!!

We just returned from 5 days at Helens, and had the best stay. The newly renovated pool is gorgeous, apartment very spacious with a nice big balcony. The staff couldn't do enough for you,we forgot our beach towels and Sofia even went to the supermarket to buy us some great poros ones! The food is great too,reccomend the pizzas and caeser salad!!

Great hotel and even better staff!

What a fabulous time we had at this beautiful family run hotel.  The apartment was 1st class, very clean and very comfortable.  Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.  Would deffo recommend and hope to return.  Thanks for a fab holiday.
