Just had a wonderful week at Naoussa Bay Villa run by our fantastic host Kyriakos. He was ever helpful , enthusiastic with his generosity and top tips were spot on. Naoussa a 20 minute stroll or short bus ride away so when need hubbub of a gorgeous harbour town Naousa awaits. Easy to return to the peace of the villa surrounded by vineyards, great wine by the way and pool and gardens. Fabulous times had

Wonderful villa just on the edge of town !!!

We loved our time spent at Naoussa Bay Villas!  Our villa was huge and well-appointed.  It had a fantastic pool and was close to town and to all the great sights and beaches on Paros.  I can’t imagine a better place to stay.  If you are traveling as a family or large group, this is the place for you.  Our host, was incredible!

Great place to stay on Paros!

We where 6 adults and 2 children for a week in this great villa! The children spent a lot of time in the swimming pool surrounded by the beautiful garden. It has a good organized kitchen, nice bathrooms and plenty of space for the children to run around. Kyriacos is very helpful in pointing out the top restaurants and they where top!

A nice vacation with the family on Paros!

What an incredible vacation in Paros and one of the best parts was staying here. The views were spectacular and with a vineyard surrounding the villa the wine may have been even better. I couldn't recommend this place any higher and if you stay just know you will be tasting the best wine in the world 😄.

We had a great stay at Naoussa Bay! It is a very spacious house with all kind of amenities provided., even for our 19months girl. Very quiet, clean and a very nice place to relax! Also, Mr. Kwstas, the owner, was always available and gave us great tips.

Nice stay at Naoussa Bay

This place is just perfect! 

The accommodation is of a very high standard and the entire development is cared for, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The host, Kyriacos, is so very kind and attentive to the needs of all his guests. 

We usually prefer to holiday in a villa with our own private pool, but I actually I prefer this set up to anywhere else I've ever been. 

If you don't come here you are missing out.

We are very fortune to have found such a lovely place!

We've been to the Villas twice and I can comment nothing but the best! The owner is a good man, a true professional. Clean, spacious, cosy, excellent worth for your buck. Whenever we visit the island there's no debate at home about where we'll be staying, we consider it our summer home!

Our summer home!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 5 in Villa Pounda. Kyriacos was very helpful with questions before we arrived and also during our stay. The villas are spacious, comfortable and really well equipped. The pool is fabulous with a shower nearby. The drive into Naoussa is easy and very short. A great holiday. 

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at Naoussa Bay Villas. We were in Villa Chryssi Akti which was beautiful, it over looks the pool and is surrounded by planting so feels totally private. We felt it had one of the nicest outside spaces! 
The pool is wonderful, clean and large with lots of sun loungers and comfy seating - mostly we had it to ourselves which was lovely.
Kyriakos was a great host, full of helpful information and often popping by with treats for us during our stay which was much appreciated!
The only negative is the walk in to town, it’s a good 20 minutes which is fine but the road is fast and busy - we did walk back a few times in the evening after dinner but the road was a worry. You really do need a car to get around (which we had, but we enjoy a few drinks at dinner!). We also found Paros incredibly busy in August compared to other Greek Islands that we have visited - I think I’d love to visit in June or September! 

Beautiful Villas

All the good reviews for Naoussa Bay Villas are completely justified as it really is a lovely place for a family holiday. The agent, Booking Paros was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the whole booking process. Kyriakos, who built and still maintains the properties, lives about 100m away and is a fabulous host. He came to meet us personally and was always available if needed. He left us a welcome basket (including a bowl of delicious fresh figs) and even turned up one morning mid-way through the week with a box of croissants! The villas themselves are decorated to the highest standard, with a daily cleaning service. The pool is fantastic for children of all ages and adults, with plenty of space as it's so wide. The villas feel secluded and have a nice amount of space around each one. We had a working DVD player, which was great for entertaining our children of an evening. The only, very tiny niggle is that you're not allowed in the pool before 10am and there's a 'quiet time' between 3pm and 5.30pm. Naoussa, which is a lovely little town, is 5 mins away by car and has a good supermarket (AB). The sandy beaches at Monastiri and Kolymbithres are both 5-10 mins away by car, as is Paros' only water park, which is a fun way to spend one day of a holiday. There were very few other English tourists either at the villas or in the area generally, which seems more popular with French and Italian holidaymakers. Would go back in a heartbeat!
