Liapades is a nice quiet seaside village, apartments are 10 minutes walk from a lovely secluded beach and there are several good tavernas less than 5 minutes walk away. Owner was friendly and helpful, arranging a speed boat tour of the local beaches and coastline. Room was fairly basic but everything worked, owner sent us videos of the available rooms beforehand and for the price we couldn't complain - we had great view of the hills from our balcony. All in all a very good trip and no complaints

Nice location, good value and friendly owner

I stayed with my family at Kahlua Apartments for a week and was a nice place to stay. Though is not, by far, a luxury location. The place is clean and has the minimum facilities you need. The garden counts a lot especially if you have children and the location is good but you need a vehicle. The closest beach, Gefira is not the best and if you want to go to the other beaches you need a vehicle or a boat. From this location you can visit a lot of breathtaking beaches, there are good restaurants right there and you can swim in every pool in the village because all of them are open and free (hoping that you consume something from the bar). Usually the owner (Edita) organize a boat trip to the Paradise Beach and the caves. The price is better than if you rent a boat only for yourself.

A nice stay at Kahlua Apartments

We enjoyed our stay at Kahlua apartments in Liapades. Not only is Liapades a very nice  village with a lovely beach (beaches) and many nice restaurants and pool bars, but we specially liked the nice Kahlua apartments. They were very nice and well maintained and cleaned well. The owner, Edita takes care very well. She is very friendly and helps you when something is wrong, you need anything or  if you need advice.  Loved our stay.

Lovely and really nice

Liapades is the nicest place at Corfu if you like it a bit more original, authentic, close to nature and friendly. The small town is situated on a hill going down to the seaside, with two beaches with clean turquoise blue water (1 with hotels, motorboats & drinks, the other beach is just nature, shade from rocks and a canteen boat that comes to visit and brinks you your frappe and ice cream). Around you are wonderful cypresses and olive trees, people are friend and you can take a swim in virtually any swimming pool on the way down the beach.
Kahlua apartments are clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful and the place has a special atmosphere (mixture of hippies days and Mediterranean culture). Kitchen was very well equipped, Wi-Fi working very well, and the swimming pool is round the corner.
I was a bit careful before booking Kahlua because of some negative reviews I found on the web, so I asked the owner to send me a video of the rooms. The rooms we got were exactly the rooms which we got shown by video, clean with all the equipment. So no complaints :-)

Perfect vacation at Kahlua, Liapades

It was a wonderful vacation!
Hotel owner is very positive, caring and sympathetic woman! She met us at the airport. During our stay she made for us a tour to the castle Angelokastro! Edita, thank you!!! :)
The room, which was flat in fact, everything was clean and comfortable. Air conditioners were everywhere!
Near the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants and shops.
The beach is no more than 5 minutes walk. There are a few "secret" beaches! On the way to it we pass through beautiful olive groves, very interesting places that give opportunity to feel the island and its features.
We are happy!
