This place is a gem!! It’s not super fancy but it’s well situated and the breakfast is decent. The people are friendly, attentive, and just superb! They made my son and I feel at home. We had some really nice conversations which is one of the things I love most about traveling. They also have a quaint gym outside that the guests can use. I worked out twice and it was heaven!!! Don’t think..just book!! Milos is my favorite island and I will eventually be back and hope to stay here again.

Great people ,the pool was amazing and with a fantastic Greek breakfast .
I will come back one day in order to experience the Greek way of hospitality and meat again my new friends 

Amazing 

The rooms are old with moldy showers and a foul smell.  
The common areas are nice (swimming pool), swimming pool is beautiful with tous for kids.
the lady who does the reception does not seem to like her job… The service is present but nothing more.

Mixed feeling

Pros:

Very friendly staff, they have spoiled my daughter and she loved them :)
Beautiful location with great views and pool

Very good central location to go to different parts of the island

Cons:
The only thing is the shower that is not hanged on the wall. So you have to hold it with one habd which is very unconfortable and makes bath not that nice

Great choice!

Good- Nice pool and view from room 1 and 2 and had kitchenette.

Bad- Very high pressure upon check in to book a cruise right away. Pushy until I had to tell them I can't because I get sick on boats, just to get them to stop pressuring us. (All cruises were cancelled anyways due to winds the next day). 

Then we asked about renting a car, and they said we need to rent for 2 days so it's cheaper... but we were only on Island for 2 nights, 1 full day.  Most expensive car rental of all 5 islands we visited at 60 euros.

We asked about shuttle to the port upon leaving (they’re located 9 min away by car) and they said are not offering that due to price of gas. We totally understood that and offered 20 euros (other hotels offered this service for a fee) and they still said no because it was “too early”. They truly didn’t care. We needed to be at the port at 0730 hrs. So we had to arrange taxi ourselves. We spoke to other travelers and they never heard of such bad service.

Our friends were in room 2 and had zero water pressure, they had to shower in our rooms. Room 1 was ok, don’t get room 2! 

No breakfast included, price was 12 euros per person if we wanted breakfast. luckily room had a kitchenette so bought breakfast stuff for the room, much cheaper.

Beds are VERY firm, very hard mattresses.

Must rent a car in Milos, you’re near nothing by foot. we asked about buses but never got any information. Beautiful Island, but will stay elsewhere next time.

Won't be going Back

Argo Milos is a wonderful family run hotel in the stunning island of Milos. Dimitris and his family looked after us for our 6 night stay. The rooms have great WiFi, air conditioning and are spacious, the pool is beautiful and it is quiet and relaxing. Some tips : You do need a hire car or a quad to explore the island and if the northerly winds are blowing then be aware that this side of the island takes the brunt of it but regardless you will have a great stay. It is about an 8 minute drive into Adamas where you have a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Super spot with great hosts

Fabulous views, on the outskirts of Adamas. Dimitri the owner's son collected us from the port. Speaks very good English and extremely helpful. Anything you want or need he get for you. 
This was a really chilled holiday for us so just lying by the pool, was all we wanted in the day. 
Nice room, very clean. everything you would need, iron, hair dryer, kitchen area, air conditioner. 
Very clean pool, towels supplied. Bar and snacks, breakfast excellent, fruit, yogurts, juice, eggs bacon toast etc.
You do need a car to get around.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely location, stunning view

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 7 nights in May 2021 and everything was perfect! We had a studio for 2 with sea view and I have to say that the view from Argo Milos is amazing! I travel a lot and I always book rooms with a view but this one was breathtaking. The hosts are the nicest people I ever met and they took care of us as if we were family: they ensured the transport to the Ferry both ways (as we had luggages), they provided a lot of useful info about the island, places to see, culture, traditions, food etc. Also the place is spotlessly clean and the furniture is unique. The pool is very big and clean and you have a sea view from the pool. There is also a private beach down the road from Agro Milos ( less than 1 km away) which is amazing for snorkelling( it has many caves and colourful fish). Thank you so much for the wonderful holiday, we will return to this place for sure, as soon as possible!

Perfect vacation!!!

We were a familiy of 6 visiting only for a few days, but we now wish we had booked more! The staff were incredible and so so friendly, without being intrusive. The suroundings were beautiful too. Would recomend to all!

What a nice and cosy place!

Can't speak highly enough of our stay at Argo. We loved everything about it and Matina made our stay even more enjoyable. She is so helpful and generous to all the guests, making sure everyone is comfortable and happy at all times. Location is ideal as long as you have your own transport which they will help you arrange upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Milos!
