Amazing hospitality and breathtaking views from the sea-view balcony. The delicious homemade breakfast was served 10m from the sea and included different dishes everyday. The hostess even treated us with a take away honey jar on the check-out. Highly recommended!

Hospitality at its finest

Wonderful holiday in this waterfront guesthouse. Spotless cleaning and amazing breakfast. Excellent location for exploring both Agios Ioannis and Papa Nero beach. Would certainly come back. Also, Agios Ioannis is the best option for exploring the main beaches of Pelion.

Great place!

Pension Martha is in a lovely spot right by the seafront. It has lots of chairs & tables outside to sit, read, have a drink just perfect listening to the waves. We had a studio with seafront balcony which was lovely to sit in the evening having a glass of wine. The breakfast is amazing, served to you outside at your table, all fresh & delicious. The staff were all very friendly, especially Dorothy who we loved chatting too. Yes the rooms are basic but very clean & have everything you need. Plenty of restaurants & 3 beaches all within walking distance - a most beautiful sunrise - what more could anyone want. We loved it (5R’s) 

Lovely 4 night stay at the start of our Pelion Holiday 

Very expensive, bad service! Small room but we didn’t care about it because of the position of the hotel. It’s the only good thing but there are a lot of hotels in the same area in the same great position of Agios Ioannis.

Not much good 

Located on the center of the town, first line to the sea. The room is basic but super clean . The staff was very friendly and Dorothy that runs  the place will do everything that you will be happy.Excellent breakfast served on the walkway in front of the water.Many restaurants and bars around, lovely beach and great atmosphere. Great value for money, very recommended.

Prime location 

My sons and I stayed for 3 nights in August. The staff were very helpful, in particular the lady that checked me in. The rooms were very clean, and cleaned daily, and our room had a ceiling fan which allowed us to dispense with the air conditioning. The breakfast was served outside on the seafront, it was very varied including homemade cakes and local produce. I have never tasted a better yoghurt and honey. When we were leaving the hotel organized a taxi for us, and got a good price, (not always easy), and the lady gave me a lovely going-away present of a jar of oregano from the area.
I would stay here again. My sons commented on the weakness of WIFI signal, but to my mind that is a plus!

p.s. Agios Ioannis is a nice town with a lovely beach, but difficult in you are depending on public transaport.

Fantastic Breakfast!

Perfect location facing the sea, on the main street of Agios Ioannis. Very clean room with amazing sea view. (though the bathroom was a little bit small in my opinion). Great sleep listening to the waves' sound.The stuff was very polite and friendly, made us feel at home. Tasty breakfast served by the sea, in the owner's cafetteria. Area with plenty of taverns and souvenir shops.Close to beautiful beaches such as Plaka and Papa Nero.

Wonderful holiday!

What a dream place to be ! Absolutely everything was great! the room had a beautiful Sea view with  spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. A nice welcome drink in the room.Extraordinary breakfast served by the sea , all with home. The location of Martha Pansions in Agios Ioannis  is just right as a basis to make tours in beaches. The owner and stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Once more thank you for the hospitality Pansion Martha
