The perfect situation to stay in town and on the beach in Lefkas.
Pay attention: in 4 years i ve chosen houses on the beach but they were far from the town, or in town but far from the sea (the lagoon is not good for a bath ).
Villa Ioli is all you need to stay well and pay less than a hotel.
The owner, mr Kostas, is a kind person, he tries to provide anything you may need.
The rooms are cleaned every day and there are many other details he does not mention on his website. 
I ve particularly appreciated this aspect, Usually hosts suggest more than reality in their sites.
Villa Ioli is different.
Kostas provides "true colours".
Really a good person, and a good place to stay.

Perfect location, very friendly owner . 45 minutes to walk to the centre but nice bars and cafes right opposite.

It is ideal if you just need a place to stay self catering we would use again if we ever come back  thank you for your hospitality mabey see you again

1 night stay

The location is a bit Isolated from the city so be aware to face a 3 km road by foot or car to have a dinner in a restaurant. Choosing this location by mistake, I moved without using the room to another place, In the city hoping to get a friendly cancelation the next morning with the owner. Unfortunately the guy, pretended me to pay for all night otherwise he will call police. He wrote down my car number continuing to threat by going to the police if I don't pay all. I paid the whole stay without staying, 7 nights. I do not recommend this location because the owner is far from being an onest and friendly host

Nice location with a bad mannered owner 

The owner of this little cosy house is really friendly and the service is good. You can see the beach from your balcony and just have to cross a road to get there. It's cheap, clean and quiet at night. There is a nice garden with palmtrees where you can relax. It takes 8 min on a scooter to get to town. 

One night close to nice beach

A small hotel situated infront of the beautiful Aghios Ioannis beach, has a a nice garden but the rooms are small and not well maintained. Small bathroom, very small "kitchen" space,(not clean),smelly cupboard. The reception is not open during the afternoon hours and the person that mans it is rather unfriendly.

Nice location, mediocre establishment

This is a nice clean place, fairly basic but does exactly what it says on the tin. Right in front of the beach, it's windy, particularly in the afternoons. The rooms are clean and I was very pleasantly surprised that they come and clean the rooms and even do your washing up from breakfast. And change sheets/towels every other day. There is plenty of parking so overall a great little place. You do need a car here to get into town, or drive to different beaches and explore the island. My only real downside is the shower curtain...I hate the darn things. And the bathroom is the fairly typical Greek hand held shower, and no paper in the toilet. But if you know what you're expecting, it's a great place. 

Great place for the price

This hotel is an amazing hidden treasure, lovely view at the ocean from the balcony and spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms and I loved that the rooms were equipped with a refrigerator, utensils, water boiler, coffee maker and a toaster. Rooms are being cleaned every day.
