The hotel has locate close to he beach (3 minutes by car, 10 walking) and 700 meters from the main street. The hotel an it's services are great, considering the price that you pay. All hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. 

A great budget hotel. Very clean, centrally located, offering very tastefull dinners. All the employees are really friendly, very positive.We had wonderful vacation and ooking fwd to come back again.

Update, so we are today starting our second week here and absolutely love the hotel, have eaten in all the restaurants and each one has a different menu, so plenty of choice, prices are reasonable Prosecco is wonderful!!
We are in room 321 and the view is amazing, could spend hours on the balcony just relaxing.
If your thinking of booking here just do it, you won’t be disappointed

A wonderful location with great facilities/
Staff are amazingly kind and the hotel is well maintained.
Next to the hotel is a taxi boat service and for 3.5 euros per person you can go to the old town.
The Stefanos Boat Hire  (next to the hotel)  will take you by boat to all the amazing beaches nearby.
We’re still here and when we leave on Tuesday we’ll be sad :(
But we’ve already decided that we’re definitely coming. back !

We are a group of 30 people, adults and childrens and we stay at the moment of writing at this hotel. Our honest opinion is that for the price that we paid this was a best buy. The rooms are clean but they need a bit more maintenance. The food is greate, our compliments for the chef. There is a pool wich is nice and clean and the sorroundings are nice with many olive trees. So the overall opinion is that it's worth a visit a this hotel.

We had the very best time in this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and our breakfast wasn't included but they proposed us to go and have breakfast for free, also the check in time was 2 PM, but our room was ready at 10 am and we were given the keys immediately. The breakfasts were the same every day, continental type, dinners were different every day. The food was delicious, traditional Greek dishes cheered us up every evening. We would like to thank the receptionist Maria and our hotel driver Yanis, they were especially helpful and kind. We would like to go back to this hotel in particular.

Long way from shops and tavernas could do with mini market on sight staff all pleasant and helpful rooms large and cleaned daily also towels changed daily good private beach with waiter service good selection at breakfast and dinner in buffet restaurant the alacarte resturant excellent though thought that one visit per holiday would be included in the holiday price people with walking difficulties might find the steps and slopes around the hotel difficult to negotiate 



We stayed for 10 days at Kassandra Bay Village in June 2020, in a triple room, with one double bed and one single bed. 
A considerable minus is the food. Even though it is very tasty, there aren't many options, it is buffet-style only at breakfast, but at dinner there is one type of food and you can choose if you want garnish or not, the sauces and salads are buffet-style. You don't serve yourself, an employee gives you your plate. After 5-6 days, they start the same menu from beginning. 
The beach is a 15 minutes walk away from the hotel, you have the option to choose between arranged space with sunbeds and umbrellas or if you want a more secluded space. Either way, it is the perfect paradisiacal atmosphere.
The hosts and employees are kind and cheerful, they try to do their best to make you feel at home, they provide all the help they can if you are having problems and they make every tourist smile with every occasion. 
The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable and they provide toiletries and towels. There is a mini-refrigerator in every room and the A/C works perfectly.  
The pool is amazing. Even though there aren't many sunbeds, it is more than enough for every guest that wants to enjoy a nice afternoon at the pool. 
It's not ideal, but for the money that you pay is more than perfect, we recommend it to everyone who wants to discover the delight of Kriopigi.

It's really beautiful. Actually after reading all these reviews here on TripAdvisor I went there with lower expectations, and then there I was suprised how good actually it is. If you search for peace this is the place for you. 

-Let's start with the hotel. It's older, bot that much, do rooms are pretty modern, with big balconies, half of them I think with sea view which is amazing from the 3rd floor.

-Rooms. Standard hotels rooms. Comfortable beds for sleeping, refrigerator, nice vanitie. There is safe which is free of charge, clime too.  There's a TV in the rooms and a telephone. The wardrobe is pretty big too. The bathroom is totally OK.

Pool- Very nice place for swimming, for children too. The pool bar is good. Around the pool there are tables with chairs with is nice to sit at night or whenever you want. Also, you have sunbeds around the pool which are free of charge. All in all very nice area around there. 

Garden/ green parts- There is a big garden where you can play soccer or whatever you want. Your children will enjoy it. Also, there are peach trees, mandarin orange trees, pomegranate trees and olive trees. 

Restaurant- It's very nice, there are two balconies so you can eat if you want inside or outside. There is enough place for everyone while eating.

Food- The food was very nice, the breakfast is the same every morning but you eat the same even in home so no problem. You have andI'm two juices, coffees and teas in the morning. There is a all-inclusive option but I had half- board so I don't know about the lunch. The dinner is different every night, very well cooked, for everyone's taste. There aren't juices at dinner, just water and tea. There are 4-5 main meals and 4-5 salads. All in all excellent meals. 🙂

Parking- The parking is good, there is place for every car in the hotel.

WiFi- The worst thing in hotel. When you arrive they tell you that the WiFi is available just in the public areas, but there is in the rooms too. Mine was No. 308. But the WiFi is bad. You have 3 times maybe in the days. I reccomend you to buy Greek local card for internet. 

Beach- Beach is 800m away from the hotel but the hotel is on the hill so it's a bit harder. When going down to the beach from the hotel you have beach on the left and on the right. On the left the beach have bar and sunbeds but is bad. There are stones inside and I didn't enjoy it. But on the right the beach is truly paradise. But there aren't sunbeds and bar. It's wild beach but it's way more beautiful beach. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach going in 10:30, 13:00, 14:00 and 17:00, coming back to the hotel in 10:35, 13:05, 14:05, 17:05. I didn't try it but saw. It stops in the hotel. 

I'll reccommend going here by car or motorbike, if you don't have, rent. The peninsula it's very beautiful so it's worth it.

All in all, I give the hotel 4.4 just because of the WiFi. If they improve that, it's clear 4.8.

Value for money- 5.0



Following up on my post some days ago

I was approached by the hotel manager to discuss my comments regarding the buffet food and how cold it was, he has addressed the issues so all food including breakfast & dinner is good and very nice 

He took direct action to rectify the problem so high praise indeed
