Plus points; good location for the harbour and old town, lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds, nice balcony overlooking the pool, very clean with regular servicing and the cost of the apartment is good.
Minus points; poorly equipped kitchen, bedroom was fine, but the lounge area and bathroom were a bit dated (no plugs in the wash hand basin or sink, broken shower head that could only be hand held etc.etc. We unfortunately had to complain about the noise from the bar, and an offensive barman in particular, I presume it was dealt with as the noise was toned down and the barman (day shift) stopped his shouting and bawling, and being rude to us, I say presume as management did not speak to us, and on check out didn’t ask us about our stay. Be aware that there is excess to pay for a room safe and air conditioning, for 9 days we paid 15 euros for a safe and air con was an extra 72 euros, another point to be aware of is that the bar is open until 1.00am, and can be noisy, we certainly won’t return.

Arrived late to the hotel and was welcomed by the lovely Sophia. She kindly checked us in and gave us a map showing us where the best bars, restaurants, beeches were …  

our room was perfect! Large double room (219) with main pool view, we had a sitting room area and aircon was provided free of charge. The only note i would make is that the bathroom could do with being updated, in particular the shower. 

Pool facilities , bar etc were all spacious and perfect. Staff were very relaxed and kind … location of these apartments is perfect as less than 10 minutes walk to the main bar street. 

Would definitely recommend to couples or groups of friends travelling for fun 

Excellent location, large rooms 

i beg anyone not to stay here!! air con is £17 a day extra and the rooms are boiling hot. the man on reception is always asleep on the sofa. if you come in last 12pm he gets annoyed at you. we got our key thrown at us. we then got told off for talking whilst coming in (we were literally talking normally).

Hotel deserves to be shut down

Great location,not too busy,
Hotel clean, Staff friendly etc Maids Cleaned room daily beds etc. 

Plenty of Fantastic places to eat, Traditional Greek taverners, High end restaurants, Middle of the road restaurants  a Good mix. Nice pool area looked small on the photos but was a nice size  Good Supermarkets all nearby for Daily fresh bread Beers wine etc 

Wil definitely return in the future

Family Holiday 2022

I recently acoomodated in this hotel as a guest of a friend and did enjoy a super convenient stay. Many thanks! I will definitely think of staying in Agela when I am back in Kos. Provided, I am not travelling with too many luggages again! If so, the location of the hotel is a bit challenging for me since it is hard to walk with all the luggage from the harbour.

Very friendly 

We stayed at Agela for 4 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious.
The location is excellent: Totally quite yet only a 5min bike ride (you can rent one next door for 3 Eur/day) to all the buzz & nightlight of Kos.
The staff has been super nice and helpful.
Only advise for the hotel would be to update the photos on their website. The pool looks actually much nicer in reality (esp in the evening).
Tipp: Try restaurant Aliada - 2 min down the road. A true hidden gem!

Excellent value for noney

Friendly bar man made our trip so amazing, would defiantly recommend to anyone from couples to family people looking for a small break in this amazing Kos Island. 
Speak to bar man or Big Papa if you need anything in this hotel as they would get it those in minutes

Amazing Service

Perfect relaxed aparment hotel for families. Great pool with easy meals poolside. Helpful staff. Short walk to several good restaurants. Bus stop down the road or a 1.5 km walk into Kos town, with trips and beaches. 

Aparment hotel for families 

We were with another couple and had an apartment each. Ours was the 2-bedroom variety, which was very spacious. Good beds, proper mattress and pillow. Big on cupboard space too. Only the bathroom was cramped. Tiny alcove for washbasin, it was a challenge not to bang your elbows when brushing teeth!. Tiny shower stall with one of those yucky old curtains that cling to you (and lord knows to who else before you!). Always a flooded bathroom. Friends in other apartment had proper shower with door though. Cleaning and towel change every day. We also had the breakfast, which had limited choices and the same everyday. Nonetheless it was all fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. Good sized swimming pool with enough sunbeds. Wifi was good.

Nice apartments in quiet side street

We are staying at Agela right now. The apartment is spacious (including a spacious balcony) and clean. There is a small but clean pool with sunbeds on the first floor. Agela is located pretty near Kos Town (only 10 mins walk). We really enjoy our stay here. Nothing luxerious but good enough for a short holiday. 

A tip for those whom book(ed) this apartment without breakfast. There is a mini supermarket at each side of the hotel. We bought our groceries the first three days and then found out that there is Carrefour at the end of the street where you can get your groceries for less. Just walk to the right when you walk out of Agela and go straight away. You will see Carrefour at the end of the street.
