First of all, it is perfectly located, just 1' walk from the center of Plaka. The parking lot is also very close so you don't have to carry your luggage around.
The owners are very kind and willing to help you any way you wish. The give the best tips, where to go, where to eat, what you must visit! They also own a bakery, just downstairs, where you can have breakfast or try the sweets they bake every day.
The room is spacious, super cute, has many amenities and it is cleaned daily.
Highly recommended! We will come back here when we will visit Milos island again. 

True hospitality in Plaka 

I would highly recommend this hotel. First of all, it is ideally situated - 1 minute walk from the center of Plaka! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The owners are so friendly and eager to help and give you tips! Last but not least, don't forget to try the delicious chocolate pie that they are making daily.

Absolutely great place to stay. Hosts were simple fantastic and extremely helpful with everything needed to have an amazing vacation. Really comfortable apartment and extremely clean. We were provided all the information to get the best experience.

Vacation at Arethousa (Mylos Kyklades)

As a monolingual woman traveling alone, I was very nervous when I arrived by ferry at the port, rented a car, and drove to Arthouse without GPS. I arrived at 9:00 p.m., and was greeted so warmly by Nikos and his wife Maria, and their 2 sons George and Anthony.  They could see I was frazzled, and offered me a piece of their famous chocolate pie, which was beyond delicious.  For my 3 days in Milos, I felt well taken care of and looked after. The family went out of their way to make sure I was Ok, knew where to drive, and even drove to the port to pick up a package shipped from Naxos for me!  I genuinely felt like they cared about me and wanted to make sure that I was safe and happy.  I have traveled throughout Europe, South America, and the Caribbean, and have never experienced the level of hospitality that I have at Arthouse.   Cannot recommend enough.

Best Hospitality Ever

Very nice and clean rooms. The location is excellent and the family owning the place is very friendly and hospitable.
Their homemade chocolate pie is worth a try!
Plaka is in a walking distance while Adamas (port) is 10mins drive. There are also very good bus services.

Arethousa is also a bakery and they serve very, very yummy chocolate cake💕

Apparently they even got the recipe pattended. If you crave for chocolate when in Milos, this is the place to be👍

Very central,one cant wish more central location,just off Syntagma.Got the room with patio view like prison,but quite.good breakfast.professional staff,check inn faSt.but again,amazing central location,just in Plaka area,
