We spent 3 perfect days at Viglia Beach and everything was just about perfect. The location is beautiful and serene offering a sense of calm and tranquility. Irena and Zacharia truly dedicate themselves to their guests and their wellbeing . The rooms are clean and quite generous in their proportions while the furnishings themselves are in keeping with a sense of calm - nothing flashy but lacking in nothing . There is true value for money when considering that an ample breakfast is included here and I highly recommend this place as it is so close to all the great beaches on this incredibly beautiful side of Crete .

A perfect choice

We had a first floor apartment with a great view on the sea. The property is in a great location, sea front with a beach and a swimming pool. Room was clean, comfortable and functional with air conditioning. Irini was very welcoming and always helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet with something new and different every day. This property is very well run as a small family business. Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets are changed every two days. Irini is always around cleaning the windows, floors, pool terrace or something. The owners work hard to keep it looking great and value for money is unbeatable. Call or email them direct to reserve and you'll get a better rate. We'll be returning.

Great location, superb views, clean and well run

Perfect Perfect and perfect again! 
It‘s the 5th year me, my family and my girlfriend coming here. 
Irina, Zakari and Sonia are always the best! 

The place is super clean, the position is very perfect for reaching in sone minutes the best beaches around and the restaurants in the evening. 

Rooms always at their best, AC, little balcony and tv-channels worldwide! 

If you‘re searching for a place to relax, enjoying and having nice time, this is the right one!

The perfeft place to be!

After having just checked in, we entered the apartment.
My wife used the bathroom and discovered that the glass soap holder was broken of which one chunk was already fallen on the floor with shards scattered all around. We immediately informed the staff. The staff was skeptical, he questioned us whether we had broken it ourselves. Finally he came back with a new one for replacement and wiped the floor.  I asked him to explain how the TV remote control worked as I couldn't get any channels to watch. The staff couldn't figure it out himself and went to ask for help.  Moments later, he returned with the cleaning lady.  She asked in an angry tone, "What happened here?" She claimed that she had cleaned the apartment herself and that the soap holder was then intact.  This lady claimed that we broke it ourselves.  She said that she had been working here for 24 years and that there were never any irregularities.  On the TV she claimed that we had blown it ourselves. I replied we just entered here less than half an hour how could we make such a mess already? The housekeeper turned very unfriendly and told that we could leave if we want. My wife asserted that we would leave immediately if she agreed that we could cancel without any costs. The most outrageous thing was that the housekeeper was extremely hostile, unfriendly, rude and behaved like an insane woman while the staff who checked us in did not dare to say anything.

Apart from the above mentioned some notes on the apartment:
- the location is very remote, far out of town in a rural area
- the accommodation looks very basic, it looks much like an emergency shelter

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff

The place is great and the staff is even better, with a big and very heart-welcoming smile. Gave us all the instructions/advices we needed.

20/30 mins. away by car from Balos and Falassarna and just around 50min from Elafonisi. So you can easily get around to the three most famous beaches in Crete. 

Apt was very clean and all the amenities were in excellent state.

Definitely recommend.

Amazing hospitality

I LOVE THIS PLACE, with family or friends a good choice !
beautifull view, very quiet, lovable team, all is perfect (cleaning, breakfast, swimingpool, apparment). I came here 7 times, I recommend this place ++

VERY NICE PLACE

Amazing spot, near two of the best beaches ( personally ) in Crete. Amazing kindness of the staff and always available for everything you want and you need.

Apartments are very clean and beautifull

Recommended for Families, friends and couples! 

EXCELLENT

We stayed here for four nights and we found it a convenient location to reach the Balos Lagoon and Falassarna and Elafonissi beaches. 
Our flat was large and with a fantastic view on the swimming pool and the sea. Only the furniture was basic, especially in the bathroom. The WiFI was poor.
We had breakfast in a beautiful veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. Breakfast was  from 8.30 to 10 and it could be late for those who want to leave early for the beaches. 
The staff was friendly and helpful.
You  need a car to get around. 
I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to people looking for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful secluded beachfront apartments

These are great apartments about 10mins drive from Kissamos. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the apartments are clean with kitchenettes. There is a pool and breakfast. The beds could be a little bigger (they are only doubles not queen/king size) and you do have to have a car to be based here. They are opposite the sea, but for a real sandy  beach you have to drive 30mins.
