These apartments are perfectly located at the far end of the harbour, overlooking the port and the other side of the bay. Very clean. Slightly old-fashioned. Sofia is delightful. With numerous restaurants within a five-minute walk, we didn't cook, but the kitchen looked well equipped. Wifi a bit iffy, but could always be connected somewhere. Balconies a real lkus - we hade one on three sides of the apartment. Good parking.

Great balcony view especially for the upper floors!!!

-Super clean (in daily basis and in depth).
-Large apartment, decorated in great taste (cozy and colorful) by new furnitures, large bed with  great anatomic mattress.
-Fully equipped apartment from iron & ironing board, hair dryer to laundry machine, coffee maker, pots etc. Ideal for long visit without taking anything from electric appliances!!!

Excellent!!!

Location is perfect.Near beaches and easy walk to center Syvota.Everything was excellent! The host are superb.The place is so cozy, clean(cleaned every day ),comfortable and quiet. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom,comfortable beds and spacious rooms. 
 Everyday we had on table some Greek treats or fruits.We thank Mrs.Sofia and her family for their hospitality.Would love to come back again.I higly recommendid this apartments.

The family who own the Sofia apartments are delightful and cannot do too much for you. We were warmly greeted and shown to the superb aparment on the top floor. Everything has been considered. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has an excellent shower, the towels are thick and large, there is a wall mounted hairdrier. There is a good washing machine. The kitchen is well stocked and our hosts had left us fruit, beer, water and brought us freshly baked cookies. The wifi is excellent and there is a large and well furnished terrace. There is a rack for drying clothes and a table and four cushioned chairs. All the windows have mosquito screens and the sitting room has comfy sofas and a tv. Within walking distance is a lovely cove with a beach and good swimming. There is a supermarket within walking distance, also several tavernas. We felt we were very lucky to be at this end of Syvota away from the touristy yachty port.

Beautifully appointed apartment run by a charming family

Sofia and vasilis are really friendly and make you feel very welcome. Apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with nice views. Sofias son gave us a lift into town when we asked them to call us a taxi. Its only 20 minute walk to the harbour where all the restaurants are and 4 euro for taxi back. We walked in the other nights and taxied back. Would definately stay in sofias apartments again. Highly reccomended.

Best apartment we stayed in.

-spacious apartment furnished simply but efficiently, comfortably, and with loving care
-very convenient if you use Igoumenitsa for Corfu or Italy (less than 1/2 hour away)
-located in a very pretty beach community with nice restaurants
-very friendly family ownership
-we wish we had planned more than just a one-night stay
Note: if you want to find it on google, the town could be spelled "Sivota"

Great place to layover if you leave/arrive at Igoumenitsa port

If you plan your holidays in this small town on the Ionian sea, the perfect place for your base would be lovely Sofia apartments. 

They are located just 200 meters from small but nice Zavia beach, and a walking distance from Mega and Mikri Ammos beaches (although car is recommended to take the best of Sivota). The town center and the marina are aprox. 10-15 minutes of walking away. The house itself is beautiful, with lovely flowers and greenery and parking space just wide enough. 

The rooms are clean, and decorated with love and taste. They have everything one may need: cozy beds, air-conditioning, free wi-fi, mosquito protection, large balconies, completely equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lady Sofia and her family are perfect hosts, and for the Serbian visitors, both her son and her daughter speak Serbian. 

In short, this was probably the best apartment for me to spend my holidays in entire Greece, and all that for a reasonable price.
