I stayed there for 4 days. I graded it with 6 in Booking.com without any comment in written and the hotelier called me to insult me for the grade. 
That kind of behaviour shows if a hotelier is professional in tourism or just a lucky villager with nice rooms.

Quiet place, with beautifull view and nice garden with grass,trees and a lot of flowers!
Perfect for families with childrens!
Also good food in their taverna!

accommodation and food in Sivas

Very well-kept apartments in a quiet and secluded situation, yet only 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Sivas with good restaurants, cafes and small shops. Proprietor is very friendly and there was room service with fresh towels halfway through the week. 
The little villas are easily big enough for two people, you have the choice of two verandahs and can park your car right next to the house.

Great holiday rental

Stayed 3 nights in one of the two newer single level studio apartments, peaceful rural setting, 2-3 minute drive into Sivas village which has remained fairly uncommercial with lots of tavernas and several mini markets to buy basic provisions. The owner had left the key in the door with a note of our name however we didn't know this so had to walk around to find "our" studio when we arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants self catering, a rural setting and good proximity to major archeological sites and beaches. It was very hot, 33-36C every day but we were told this was unusual for September.

Pros
Independent (unit 10).
New and built in traditional style, tile floors, stone walls, wooden ceilings.
Close to beaches and major archeological sites.
Views of the countryside, olive trees etc.
No traffic noise or noisy taverna close by.
Small kitchen with sink, good size fridge, sandwich maker/toaster, dinning table with 3 chairs.
Air con.
Two couches.
Small old TV (no instructions how to use it!!).
Clean.
Two patio areas - one in the front of the studio and one on the side, both covered
Clothes horse for drying washing, pegs
Washing bucket.
Good working fan (essential for hot weather).

Cons 
Very hard bed - we had to use two duvet covers under the sheet to make it softer!!
Woken up very early by barking dogs and sheep right beside  our studio!! The windows are double glazed so if you close them at night that overcomes the noise but then you need the air con on which is noisy.
Poor lighting in the bathroom which is very small.
Studio is quite compact okay for two though.
No information provided on anything - eg location of services, recommended restaurants, beaches or places to visit. Or servicing of the units.

I would rate it 5 rather than 4 but there are a few niggly "cons"


Lovely rural location, views and close to ruins and beaches

The apartments are located in a beautifull and quiet place.They are comfortable and well equipped.They have also a wonderful big garden with nice view!!It worth to stay in this apartments winter and summer season!!!

Nice place for holidays

Well decorated rooms with respect to local cretan tradition. The room we had, was almost 45sqm very clean and comfortable with own balcony. It is located in a walking distance from center of Sivas village and also 10 min driving from the closest beach.
You can explore South Crete from this location by finding the best beaches of Crete (Triopetra- Agiofarago).
People are very friendly and ready to help you in any aspect.
There is no breakfast, but you have full kitchenery facilities to prepare it by your own.
Definetly is an outstanding value for money. We will be there again !!!
