We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the view of the sea and the Greek mainland was stunning and unforgettable. The hotel beach is modest and pebbly, but beautiful and peaceful, with available spots almost all the time. The food was diverse and very good, and the staff incredibly friendly. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very affordable. I have nothing negative to say. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

It was just amazing place to stay, we were truly happy and satisfied. Having this view every morning was just a dream!

Lovely family resort. The resort is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The view is fantastic, and very clear sea. The pool area very nice with good pool bar. The city center is just 40 minutes by bus. It’s very good place to have a rest close to the sea!!!

Nice hotel

great location only a ten minute bus trip to town from the front of the hotel. rooms with sea view are amazing. the food is nice,more variety could be offered. Also same with the drinks menu. limited pickings

Nice, clean hotel. Clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. The food was good and delicious. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool, probably because the hotel was half empty. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the sea should be repaired.
Staff should clean tables and chairs in the dining room more often. There are no shops around the hotel, so take all-inclusive service.

Hotel in a quiet location

Nice place,free parking in port,Helen and spyros are very good people.the room are large but not very clean.it has beautiful east.its better to rent room in benitses than corfu city.benitses is near to Axilion and caizer brιdge,and only 30 minutes from marathias beach

The hotel is not that bad, but it definitely does not deserve 4 stars. It has a nice pool and it's really close to the sea. That's the reason why I give it 2 stars instead of one. The pure evil is happening in the kitchen. All the food produced by the local cook is awful—tasteless and either overcooked or not cooked properly. The "all-inclusive" option makes absolutely no sense in this hotel. The door to our bathroom was made of glass, which doesn't give enough privacy. However, compared to the food, it was a minor issue.

The cook will ruin your holiday.

We had booked a hotel called The Hotel Belvedere as soon as we walked in reception we where told we would have to move to a Hotel about a Mile up the road due to a problem with our rooms . They told us we would have to walk despite my Dad being disabled and we had a Child 3 years of age plus heavy luggage for 7 people in 28 degree heat , We  refused and got Taxis paid by the Hotel Belvedere , The Hotel Belvedere we had booked had entertainment every night for both children and Adults alike The Hotel Maris Bellos which they sent us too had nothing , apart from a Greek dancing night on the Saturday which was cancelled . Be wary about The Hotel Maris Bellos All inclusive  You do not get free Cocktails as we would of done at our booked Hotel Belvedere  , You get their Beer and local spirits etc ONLY and on some days they had ran out of the ones you wanted . The Cocktails will cost you £8 Euros each . 2 of the 3 rooms had air conditioning that did not work despite several reports to the desk , So on 2 rooms they had to leave the Patio doors open thus resulting in Ant and Mosquito bites for 7 days . The Snacks advertised where only Cake and Ice Cream , where at The Hotel Belvedere it was Ice Cream cones , Sandwiches , Toast. Cake , The Pool will only let you go in till 8.00pm plus zero entertainment  for kids or adults alike .The only plus was The Chef Thomas who could not do enough for us , and the Young Lady on reception who booked us in  both Smiling and well mannered .Again on Checking out different person a male  they fully expected us to walk with heavy luggage old people and a 3 year old  Child a Mile in 28 degree Heat . Until we refused . and where booked taxis to the Belvedere , Which amazed us all ,as the Coach that picked everyone up passed the Hotel Marius Bellos going to the Airport ? If they where being Nice they spoke in English. But if you complained about anything they would switch to Greek between them , a few other people  had the same thing moved from the Hotel Belvedere which they had booked for a Holiday with their holiday booking favourite things  entertainment  and expectations

Avoid Booking or being Moved to this Hotel

The staff told us that we were not all inclusive because we didn’t pay enough when we proved how much we paid they then agreed, this was 24 hours into the holiday where we had been served as allInclusive already.Staff were rude and very unhelpful Hotel was very very basic

This hotel has fantastic views and a lovely pool. It's a shame the food and drinks in the all inclusive let the hotel down, the food was repetitive,you have a choice of 4 alcoholic drinks, ouzo, brandy, wine, larger, cheap range, the cola and lemon we're watered down more like drinking soda water, over booking rooms was a daily thing, me and my daughter fell on lucky we was overbooked on arrivel and given a upgrade the room was very nice, 5 days into the holiday we was told to pack and be out of the room by 9am and moved us to a standered room, our room wasn't ready for 2 hours, they could of told us the day we arrived it was a tempory arrangement,the staff always looked miserable probably overworked and embarrassed with how the hotel is run, the hotel has so much going for it it's in a prime location, just a shame how its run let's it down,I would return but would not go all inclusive, just room only base.

Location 5+ views 5+ pool great, just a shame how the hotel is run, plz don't go all inclusive the food is repetitive, drink choice ouzo, wine, brandy, larger cheap brands,fizzy coke/lemon more like coloured soda water,no taste, so many guests overbooked and moved to their other hotel with no pool, staff look miserable nost of the time, this  
hotel has got so much going for it such a shame its let down by its food and all  inclusive package.......
