Nice location, 5 min walk to harbour or town hall in a lovely part of Ermoupoli. Bed comfortable, shower was great. Small, but nice room with fridge. Very calm. Good value for the money.  Will come back. 

Perfect for a visit of Ermoupoli 

The place is close to the port in a good location and very quite also.The room was very clean and tidy.The owner mr Dimitris was very polite and given some information about the island.He offered bottles of water,that was very nice of him.It is really worth for the money.

Stayed there for a night in Syros at Diana rooms.

Dimitris and his family were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Dimitris also collected us from the port which made life super easy for us with a young child. We stayed in room 6 which was on the top floor and had a lovely spacious terrace and amazing views. The room itself was a good size and had it's only little kitchen area. Diana Rooms are in a great location with just a short walk into town. If we come back to Syros, we will definitely stay here again. Great hosts, great rooms. 10/10

Great stay in Syros at Diana Rooms

Last year I stayed here for a couple of nights: the owners were nice and the room was small but clean, with a little fridge and everything you need. When I left I forgot my wallet in the room and the owners were so honest and nice that they shipped it back to me (to Italy). They didn't ask anything in return. I really appreciated it and I wish them best of luck.

We stayed a few days here , and have no complaints what so ever , our room No 6 was at the top of the building it had a lovely big balcony with a fantastic view over the town and port and further out to sea. Yes there was a small staircase to climb but the room and view was well worth it. 
The room itself was clean well furnished and had a decent size bathroom. The propert is a 15 minute walk from the port/harbour area where all the bars resturants are found, the town is built on a hill so yes it's up a hill. The property is owned by a local couple who live on the ground floor they are very helpful and will transfer you to and from the port, there English is not great but they have enough to get by and honestly it was a pleasure to stay in there property. Price wise we felt this was excellent value for money. 

Great view, great room and great price.

We had a wonderful stay and hosts/staff were kind and warm. They came to pick us up at the port and offered to bring our luggage before our departure. Rooms were clean with all the basic you need (TV, AC, things for cooking). The location was convenient, not very far despite the stairs (which you cannot avoid in Ermoupolis), neighborhood was quiet, a mini market 5' away and we had a "dedicated" parking place.

However, we did not appreciate the fact that the second room given to us (we knew that we had to change because of the days chosen) was as expensive as the first although it was half the size and without the view.. Also, there seemed to be some issue when willing paying by card (they didn't want to saying there was a discount of normal price but there was not) and needless to say that we didn't get an invoice (sad greek reality). 

All in all, I recommend staying there and I would gladly do it again.

Lovely stay

The owners were very kind, the room was lovely and the place was centrally located. We appreciated the hospitality and comfort of staying at Diana Rooms and on the beautiful island of Syros. Would recommend!

A lovely stay

Stayed at the Diana Rooms in the self contained apartment at the top, own balcony and the view was fantastic of the harbour and surroundings. Family run and they were great,  picked us  up from ferry, room was kept clean, nice and quiet,  buy close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying there. Tony and Donna

Holiday

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. The owner picked me up from the port which was nice. My room was great with a good view of the water and the cute staircase to go up. I asked for a kitchenette and they were super cooperative and flexible about it all.
