So grateful to the staff at the Eva Suites for a wonderful 10 days. So clean, friendly and ideally located. A special mention for (Motra) Christina who makes every guest feel special and handles the ups and downs of the guests like a seasoned diplomat. We will definitely be back for more of the big Miresivini. 

Booked Eva Suites at quite short notice based on the location and previous good reviews, and we have just had the best 7 days. Firstly the apartment was spotless, bed comfy and air conditioning free.  If you wanted to prepare breakfast or light meals it had everything you needed. 2 pools to choose from, again lovely and clean. The location was perfect, 2 mins to the beach and close to bars, restaurants & shops with a great supermarket nearby. Just a short walk to the next resort - Platanias - which had more bars open until the early hours. Airport 30 mins in a taxi. Bus stops very close and every 30 mins or so to take you to Chania for €1.60 pp (15 mins). But what made our stay really special was the hotel staff. Christos helped us with car hire, airport transfer, luggage storage and more but I have to say a special thank you to Christine. Helpful and knowledgeable, friendly & funny, kind & wise - made us laugh and got us tipsy! Such a great host to all the guests. Eva Suites you did not disappoint and we will definitely return, thank you for making us very welcome for our first time visiting Crete, Kirstie & Chris x

It has taken us a few days to think of how to write this review, as words are not enough to describe this wonderful place. The rooms are wonderful, we requested a two bedroom and it's exactly what we got, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, they provide wonderful air conditioning for free, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept wonderfully clean by the team of cleaners, who in themselves deserve a medal. There were two bathrooms in our apartment that were lovely and clean and well equipped. Our shower door had come off the rails, which was noticed by the cleaners and fixed the same day without us having to ask. The cooking area has everything you could need including a kettle, stove and coffee maker, however we ate out a lot as the food in the area is just magnificent and so didn't have much need of the stove. The property is a very very short walk from the beach and local supermarkets, with gift and jewellery shops nearby (jewellery and fashion accessories shop across the road is a must see if you love jewelry). But most most of all the cretan hospitality will bring us back year on year. Christina absolutely made our holiday the most magical experience, she made us feel welcome from day one, told us the best places to go, spoke with my partner in both Greek and English (which he loved so much, as he has a bit of Greek language ) and she made us laugh everyday. She is truly what eva suites is all about, Mark my words you will not forget her, we can't! Christina......we don't say goodbye in Scotland to new friends we simply say....... see you soon! And we will definitely be back next year.

Just back from a amazing holiday to Crete, we stayed in the Ava Apartments. The apartment was basic but very clean, were were on ground floor with a small patio area which was a lovely sun trap, there are 2 pools to choose from which were kept very clean, front pool and a children's pool, the pool at the back of apartments had a poolside bar serving drinks and icecream only. We were travelling with our 17 year daughter, we had a bedroom and she slept on the couch. Cleaning was done to a high standard everyday.  Towels and bedding was changed once per stay. Kitchenette consisted of 2 hobs, fridge, sink and kettle, enough crockery for the 3 of us. There is a big supermarket 200 yards from the hotel. We had two trips on the Little Train, Severn villages and pleasure of crete, these trips were both good. We eat out each evening,  highly recommend Mitos a lovely Seaview restaurant.  Romeros is off the side road and food was amazing, and Kassadra family run restaurant. 
The lady on reception was very friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you. ❤️

We stayed with our three teenage children in the first week of August and were absolutely thrilled with our choice. Our two-bedroom apartment was ideal with a lovely balcony area and well-equipped kitchen area. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the staff were so friendly and super helpful with local advice. There are two very clean pools with plenty of sun loungers and we were often the only guests in the pool. One of the pools has a bar with music and the bartender was so warm and welcoming. The beach is a short walk across the road,  which meant it was easy to pop back to the hotel. We had lovely beachside lunches in Akti and a gorgeous dinner in EAP watching the sun go down. We also recommend Mylonas Tavern and Romantza, run by four brothers. There is a regular bus into Chania which is definitely worth exploring, as well as an array of bus tours to places such as Elafonisi Beach. We would definitely love to return again! 

Such a cozy hotel, location is perfect, beach is on the other side of the road. Stayed here with kids age of 5 and 8 and the  pools were deep enough, but at the other end, they could stand, with their head above the water, made swimming with the kids easy. Food was tasty and the staff helpful. Thabk you Eva Suites.

We spent a week at Eva suites in a small apartment with a balcony facing a quiet and very green backyard. The hotel is more like a miniature village with kind staff and amazing bartending. Xristina deserves a 10 star recommendation!! Very clean rooms with typical Greek furniture and a little outdated but no one spends time in the rooms. Good value for money.

Firs ot f all I want two thank you for our stay at Eva suites. We really enjoy it.

The hotel is very nice and the areas are very clean and lovely to stay at.

The staff is very engaged in their work and do their very best.

Christina and her daughter in the bar was fantastic and so nice to talk with. The also do their
very best to satisfy guests

All meals we eat was very tasty and served with engaged staff. They were very  engaged in how
we thought about the food.

My particular regards to Mr Costa, witch I have some very nice talk with. We shared our life experiences
to each other and I understand his great work at the hotel over all years

The paintings  at pool areas was really nice to see.

We will return again to this fantastic and nice hotel.

We had such a wonderful vacation in Eva Suites hotel with our family with three children. Hotel area was well maintained and beautiful with many trees and flowers. Two pools were great especially for kids but also for us parents too. Smaller pool was nice for our toddler.  Food was delicious and varied enough daily. Restaurant is located in third floor and had a nice view at the sea. Beach is just across the road. It was easy to take the bus just outside the hotel to visit Chania old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our holiday great!
