We spend here, in Bodensee, one week and we liked it, but this accomondation was a negative thing. Our room was terribly noisy, and very warm because of the hot weather (which I think is really rare, because there is no air conditioning). The breakfast was enough and fresh, but the coffee was not so good. What was good is the staff and that the room was clean. The beach is not so far and very good too.

Very noisy but friendly staff

We stayed for 2 nights whilst driving through Germany to France. The hotel was easy to find (our sat nav took us straight there), and it's around a 10-15 minute walk into the town/lakeside, where there are restaurants (there are also plenty of supermarkets within a 5 min drive). The hotel was cosy and comfortable, and the hosts were really lovely; it felt more like staying with grandparents than a hotel! Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of free parking. My top tip would be to bring your bug spray and don't have the windows open with the lights on because of the lakeside location!!

Comfortable, good value and location

The facility is in a decent location, allowing the visitor to travel along all sides of Lake Constance (Bodensee). The apartment was equipped well enough to prepare dinners, and the motel provides breakfast for guests. The apartment is in need of some upgrades and perhaps a deep clean (floors, light fixtures, window sills), however, since it is listed at such a low price, one cannot expect 5 star accommodations. The motel is located nearby to grocery stores and bakeries as well. 

Moderate price for moderate accomodatiom

We (2 adults with 2y old daughter) spent 2 nights in the hotel in the first half of October and had a great time.

The location is very good and it was easy to find. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel and it is about 10 minutes walk to the lake.

The room was clean and nice and on request we got a child bed.

The hotel is a family business and the owners are very friendly and helpful, clearly caring about the guests which is not always so obvious.

The last, but not least: breakfast. It was fresh, more than enough, and very diverse which was a nice surprice comparing to similar type of hotels we used to stay.

All in all I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good value for money in this neighbourhood.

Very good place to stay!

perfectly adequate budget small ( 6 rooms?) family hotel. We were given a decent size suite with small balcony. It`s not easy to locate - or my sat nav did not have current information. Free parking outside and a 20 mins stroll to the lovely town of UnterUhldingen ( will visit here again)
The busy main road passes close by and consequently there is always a ` traffic hum` 
Excellent town of Meersburg is a 15 min drive
