This review is for last year, not this year so the situation might have improved tremendously, or not. When we visited unfortunately there was still major building works going on, just outside our room, early in the morning, uh, not so nice and that is an understatement. Checking in, there was nobody in attendance at all, no sign on the desk of what to do, I am not difficult, if we need to walk or go to a different location, so be it, but, just let the customer at least know. Same for checkout, went to the breakfast room, which was already not the easiest to find, nobody there, called out, no response, again, leave a not behind on where to go! The room, I guess we had an upgrade as it was totally awesome and modern, no complaints there (although the infrared sauna was incomplete, still wires sticking out). I hope it's all a bit solved now as the location for us was great and easy to reach, just sort out the checkin and such. So 2 star for the experience, 4 star venue in the future, average 3 star I am afraid.

Tough one to judge

Traumblick means dreamview, maybe a bit much said. But the view is the only bad thing. The room is large and has a large bath room. The hotel is a bit outside of the city, so its nicely silent. But you have to walk/drive a bit to come to a supermarket or restaurants. . The staff is nice and verry helpfull. If you are comming with public transportation, they gladley will pick you up - so just call
