I spent a night at Haller Hotel Garni this week and it was perfect.
Easy booking, quick and clear communication before my stay. 
The room is just the way I like it: clean, roomy, functional, quality furniture, lots of light and quiet. The included breakfast was tasty, fresh and varied.
It's just a 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian village center and has a private parking lot. 
Good value for money.
I'll surely come back on my next trip to the Eifel region.

Clean, comfy, great location and value.

The fact that there is no one there to meet you could be a little off-putting, but the instructions were clear and there was no issue.  The room was nice and warm with a little balcony.  Tea and Coffee and complimentary water was a nice touch, in room.  Also a small honesty box for beer and wine in the hall.  The room and facilities within it were definitely first rate.  parking was good and just a short walk into town.  The one disappointment was breakfast.  Some cheese and cold meats (we are vegetarian) bread and a coffee machine.  No Yoghurt,, No eggs and the fruit had been lying since the night before.   I would probably stay again as it may be different during summer.

Nice Hotel in a Nice Town

We had a lovely few days stay at this hotel.  Friendly welcome, breakfast was lovely and we had a dinner at the restaurant affiliated with the hotel in the centre of the town.  The meal was ok but nothing special.  The following night we had dinner at the restaurant next door (brewery tour) and this was lovely.  Out room at the hotel was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable.  We would definitely use this hotel again.

lovely 3 night stay in Monschau

Stayed in night location of hotel very good plus parking. Rooms spacious plus clean. Good selection of breakfast would stay again if in the area very nice place for a couple of days to explore nice museum next door also. 

Great stay

Friendly, welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble.

It's right at the top of the small town with its own handy car park. 

The rooms are clean and comfortable, I think they all have a small balcony too, ours did.

An extensive breakfast adds to the enjoyment of the place, that together with the bonus of a 10% discount if you choose to eat in the affiliated restaurant in the town. 

Been before and will no doubt return!
