9 reviewsWe stayed for one night at Ellenberg's (located in the middle of a picturesque local village) as we went up north. The rooms are at the back end of the property and therefore very quiet. We stayed at the St. Laurent room which was cozy and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and I really enjoyed the high water pressure in the shower after a long drive. Towels as well as terry slippers were provided, TV and WiFi in the room worked well (although WiFi could be a little bit slow due to the fact that the hotel is located in a small village). The restaurant serves delicious food and has a diverse, rather exclusive menu that takes into account the seasonal specialities of the region. Breakfast was huge and very very good, with a great selection of oats, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee / tea, ham, cheese, different pastries... nicely arranged at our table. The stuff was super friendly, and breakfast was served at our convenience. All in all I really enjoyed our stay and wished we would have been able to stay longer! I definitely can recommend Ellenberg's as a stopover as well as for a longer stay.
