We stayed 1 night in Cuxhafen in July 2017. Our room was situated in a villa close to the hotel. The room was nice with a very big balcony. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the breakfast buffet is OK. Value for money.

Villa Deichhof

Stayed there for 2 nights with my mom and dog. We had a really roomy room with a comfortable bed. It was very clean. 
The furniture was simple and absolutely not my taste, but that is secondary.
The choice for breakfast was good though it sometimes took some time until dishes were filled up. Staff was ok but not really really friendly or attentive. 
On one floor there was a little kitchen everybody could use and where you could buy something to drink. I really liked that.
Unfortunately the hotel is not right at the dike but it's just a short walk. 
Therefore the prices were reasonable.

Clean and spacious room

Good hotel, which good be better with some small improvements. Throughout the hotel there was a smell of cigarettes smoke. Breakfast was good, but if you wanted a special coffee (like a latte or cappuccino) you had to pay extra (never seen that before). Location is good, only a couple of hundred meters to the ferry. Free parking available.

Good hotel but good be better

We have been staying here for 3 nights. Our flat was in a separate building +\- 1 km away from the main hotel. The flat was beautiful, very well furnished, good equipped kitchen and very clean, room service everyday. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, all you can wish for and very cheap. The stuff is very friendly too. I can recommend this place to everyone!! Have a nice trip and enjoy your time in Cuxhaven!

Great Hotel

We spent three nights at Deichvoigt in the Easter weekend and we really liked the hotel. It is located around 20 minutes on foot from Cuxhaven's railway station and from the city centre. It takes 5 minutes on foot to the sea promenade. Our room was spacious, very well structured and very clean. Very good sleep quality. The breakfast buffet was great, continually refilled by the very friendly staff. We would recommend this hotel without any doubt for a stay in Cuxhaven.
