First of all I have to say that it is far from Aachen centre, but have an access with Schnell Bus. Staff was not friendly and lack od hospitality. Wish they improve it, no sense to go so far with such an approach, just because reasonable prices.

Nice hotel, but need better service approach

It is "old fashioned" in the true meaning of the words. Rooms are clean, beds very soft, Windows could not being opened. Breakfast was OK but only self service. View from the restaurant is very nice. Rooms in the back of the house are better due to the strong traffic  on the road in front of the house. Employees where very friendly.

Need to improve

Not overly friendly...I felt like an inconvenience. Wi fi was not strong. Bathroom supplies were for one person for one use....we were two guests for two nights. Traffic noise was a problem. Also the owners had child who liked to shout outside until past 10 pm (it was still light). Room felt clean and the main issue for me was noise.

Would not recommend

First of all, I have to say that their breakfast were excellent.On the other hand, they need to improve employees approach to customers. Room were cleaned but not bathroom and learned that there are two different staff cleaning, one is cleaning the rooms and other one the bathrooms, not usual for small size hotels. 
Also location is out of Aachen, far from center, but have a bus every hour to the Bushof, SB63:) If you have tight timing a bit difficult or you have t pay ca. EUR 30-35 for taxi, 10-15 minutes. 

Need better service approach

It was a pity this hotel is in renovation, the heating in the room and bathroom of my colleague did not work and tv does not have a real choice of tv programs according to him. I changed from a very tiny room with a tiny bed to a nice room heating in room worked but not in bathroom. What put us off was they did not expect us, so no cook available and it is a bit far from other restaurants, they said the cook would be there latest 20:15, but did not come till later, which was too late for us to eat, breakfast was ok

It looked Nice and could be OK, when you're not the only guests... and renovation is finished.
