The location is incredible -- right in the middle of the main street of Tbilisi. The staff were friendly and helpful with good English. I was worried about arriving after midnight at a small hotel but their reception area is always open. No fancy facilities, but my room had a comfortable double bed and was clean. They do not serve breakfast but there are many options just outside -- the most economical being the cafe in the supermarket "Smart" right across the street.
