Me and friends enjoyed our one-night stay in this Ski House Panorama.   The receptionist, Ms. Salome is very friendly and approachable.  We had our drink at night spent in the living room with a bonfire.  That was a very lively and happy night with Georgian music and dance.  Though there was no breakfast served, good thing that we had our noodles and biscuits ready.   The rooms are okay in size, and the bathroom has complete toiletries available.  If I would be coming back with friends, yes, definitely would love to stay in Ski House.  You will wake up in the picturesque snowcapped mountains.

Good value for money!

I really liked this place. Beautiful view, tasty food, good weather.The common area was my favorite place. This hotel has sauna and a small swimming pool and the chill area. After a long day it is a perfect rest. Highly recommend.

Perfect experience

Lovely view, like a postcard type while food is ok. Rooms are pretty basic. Staffs were non english speaking. The male owner seems to be polite and even warmly welcomed us when we arrived before midnight. The living room with fireplace for guests was really nice and kept us warm. It’s a cozy place to stay after skiing the whole day.

Good view and the rest is basic

We spent there 6 days. We had a good time there. It is not a luxurious place but, perfect for those who are seeking a good value for money. It’s not in the Gudauri center- but you can easily walk up hill 20min to reach it. There is also a shuttle bus to the slopes - 3x in the morning and twice in the evening from the slope. We had there half board which was really good. Basic breakfast buffet always with some hot dish and served dinners - soup and main dish plus some salads on buffet. Wine, tea, coffee included in the dinner. Room was basic. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. Bathroom was nice with good shower- hot water. And the best from it- Ski House Panorama has really amazing view from the main hall / common area.

Nice place

We had an awful experience in Ski house Panorama, which is a pity because we could have enjoyed Gudauri so much more.
1- No one speaks English, and no one makes ANY effort to understand you if you don't speak Russian nor Georgian.
2- Staff are totally grumpy and unpleasant to be around.
3-The room is very, VERY basic
4- the beds are hard, lumpy, and give you back aches the next day
5- We paid a large sum of money for what it is and were presented with a bill when we left (any teas we took, any change of towels... anything was to be paid extra -We ended up never using the sauna as it was $25 an hour!)
6- The "hotel"  (more a hostel) is far away from the slopes and you have to organize taxis as the shuttle bus is leaving at the wong time / driven by a grumpy driver / going to only one side of the slopes (old Gudauri) which is not the one we used most.
So, if you are a Westener who doesn't speak Russian and you is not used to very basic standards, STAY AWAY!!!

Wonderful staff, delicious homemade dinner and breakfast included, outstanding views, and delightful open fire. Clean and comfortable. 
Stayed here for a ski trip. Lifts are nearby. Many thanks to Archie and his team.

Wonderful hospitality and views

It is a small hotel but rooms are nice and cozy. We were four adults and four children and had stayed there for one night only. We had taken half boarding option in which the dinner was included in the price. But when we went down for dinner around 8 pm, they had already exhausted their food. There was barely anything in their pantry to cook for us. We had the option to eat cold salad, bread with some soup only. The morning breakfast was not that bad. We had gone there during the snow time. The view from the lounge and dining area was quite nice.

A small and cozy place to stay and enjoy the panoramic view

Good home food and the cook is like  a mom :) big and cozy hall with tv and Xmas tree. The room is small and clean , BUT it smells like someone is dead. That’s very very sad point about this hotel. The staff is good and helpful. 
It’s a normal place for a few nights. 
It’s not close to ski lift by foot, better  to take taxi or free bus from hotel in the morning and evening.
