My family of 2 adults, 2 teens, spent 1 night here in August.  Location is about 10mins drive from Arromanches and 15mins from Bayeux.  It's incredibly charming ... old stone farmhouse that's nicely renovated inside.  Great breakfast.  So-so wifi.  Room was large and comfortable.  Hostess very friendly and english-speaking.  Good price.  I would love to have stayed longer.

Idyllic

I would love to say this place is horrible to stop people going there as its always full,  magnificent  place , cuisine  good, hostess is  charming and I want to live there, if you can get in go there, I am going back by booking in advance 2 years !

wanted to stay longer

We stayed here in the apartment with a terrace during September.  The apartment was very large and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the property is very quiet. The location is excellent, very close to most D Day locations and Bayeux. Highly recommended. 

Lovely farmhouse in the heart of Normandy 

The farm is located in a quiet country setting but close to the Dday beaches and Bayeux. The owner was very helpful in suggesting sights to see and nearby restaurants. Our room was large, very clean, and casually elegant, with pretty furniture. The bed was comfortable and it had really good reading lamps. The view from the room was lovely. The breakfast room is so charming and the food was delicious. We had no complaints! I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in the country

Stayed for 3 nights in July (my partner's review follows this one) -- I appreciated the tranquility, many artistic touches, pleasant and tasty breakfast, and the beautiful gardens.  I would like to return and spend time plein air painting in the gardens. For dinner, we recommend  La Fleur del Sel in Port-en-Bessin.  The proprietor was welcoming, had great recommendations, and was very patient when I practiced speaking in French.

Absolutely lovely and charming

Stayed there for 3 nights in July 2018.  Very close to Normandy tourist sites (but you need a rental car).  Clean, very quite and wonderful breakfast included. Proprietor was absolutely lovely.  Definitely a great value for the price.  We had 2 years of high school French and were able to communicate with everyone.  Highly recommend this hotel.  Also recommend Port-en-Bessin-Huppain for dinner over Bayeux.
