Good clean facility but could do with air conditioning.  A little difficult to find because of a same named street 500m away. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.  Wished the restaurant could have been open also.  

Bike trip

Very fast booking. No extra charge. Delicious food. All staff from the waiter to the boss super nice kind helpful and generous people 👌❤️🥐
I felt like in family house. 

Behind the house They have a garden. 50 m further it’s river and cycling road which gets you to the Lake.

I moved here when I needed a couple of extra days in Chambery.  It was a frankly horrible two nights!  The rooms were cramped, almost to the point of comedy!   It was like everything was designed for beings half the size of humans!  The shower cubicle was miniscule.

There was no airconditioning, which meant you had to leave the windows and blind open, which made you very very aware of the main road immediately adjacent, which I suppose had the slight merit of drowning out the noises coming from adjacent rooms or the room above, which had NO soundproofing!

My memory isn't quite what it was, so I'm not entirely sure if this hotel is worse than the extremely grotty and horrible B&B I nearly stayed at in Brighton 30 years ago, before I made good my escape, but it's certainly on the podium for my top three nightmare hotels I've ever encountered.

I should mention the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast OK, but this was really not enough to make up for lack of sleep and massive discomfort!

Cramped and hot!

Staff were friendly , room had 2 single beds , toilet and shower , beds were comfy and room was clean , only stopped as it had rained all day and we were camping.Would use again if nearby. Booked on booking.com as cheaper than turning up.

Fine for an overnight stay

I had to cancel a reservation that I made for fasthotel in Chambery because I couldn't reach the place on time due to a late arrival of my planeI called the landline provided: No AnswerI called the Mobile phone provided: No AnswerI sent a message via booking.com, to finally cancel with feeI sent another message to request no fees for the cancellation : No AnswerI can understand a No to a request, I don't accept that such a company which claims that they care about costumers ignore multiple ways of communication

Strong disapointment

My 11 year old son and I arrived at the Fast hotel in Chambery at 3am in the morning after a long drive from Calais, the temperature outside was -4c and when we got into the room it was freezing ( -3c) with no heating on. When I looked at the heater and tried to switch the heating on, but the heater was broken with no power to the unit. My son and I tried to sleep in what was a freezing room and and even colder bed for an hour without success, so we then decided to leave the room and sleep in our car in the car park which was considerably warmer, before checking out and resuming our journey to La Plagne.This was a woful experience and complete waste of money, I would warn anyone from staying at the hotel in the future.So far the company has not offered any compensation or a refund, in fact the only response i got was that it was my fault the heater did not work, and could I fill in this survey, unbelievable. Not a good spot for a hotel, nothing to do in the area, you have to drive by car to do something else if you stay long time, it´s ok for 1 night sleep but not more in my opinion. Breakfast ok but not more, pizza i ordered was not good too much cheese.

Time there was OK, the price / quality ratio is OK. Bathroom was the worst, with super narrow shower and almost no product to have the shower. Overall stay was still OK, at least everything was clean.
