Wonderful Japanese-like design, high level materials, very clean. Beautiful rooms. Superb service. Ski room service like no other. Real ski-in ski-out. Easy access at a walking distance from the town's main street. 


Probably the finest in Courchevel and one of the finest in any ski resort.

Simply fantastic! A family holiday with 2 kids 9 and 5yrs. We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent in every way. The ski butlers were very kind and extremely knowledgeable, the kids club was so good that the kids wanted to go all time time! It is a small kids club but has great staff and activities - I was also told you can use the larger kids club at the sister hotel too but we had no need. There is a good choice of restaurants to choose from as you have both the Aman and the Airelles sister hotel to choose from along with some on the slopes too. The ski in/out was seamless and the rooms were very nice and a great size. We are already booked to come back for the 2023 season!

5 star in every way!

Me & my wife decided to go skiing 3-4 months back and so we booked Aman in Courchevel and by far this was the best ski experience we have ever had! The hotel concierge took care of everything from ski boots to driving us around Courchevel! The hotel staff were very polite! Oliver at the concierge was very very friendly and helpful - we took his recommendations and we were not disappointed at all! The manager greeted us as we entered and left the property , the minute details made our stay at Aman made us feel the warmth!

Ski in , Ski out - Fantastic place!

If you are looking for the best hotel in Courchevel or Les Trois Vallees, this is it.  BUT, plan as far in advance as you possibly can because it is very difficult to get a reservation.  After years of trying, I am happy that I got to stay here -- it was just wonderful in every way.

Unparalleled luxury hotel

We have been going to le Melezin for many years, and it gets better every time. The hotel went through some renovations, but kept its cozy family atmosphere! The new addition of the Japanese cuisine is wonderful and extremely delicious. Breakfast menu is varied with many choices. 
Henri and Olivier at the concierge desk are very special and will try their best to organize your stay and always with a smile! 
The wonderful guys at the ski room are always ready to help with ski equipment and keeping them clean ,dry and ready for the next day.
Although the hotel is pricey but you get what you pay for!
We hope to be back soon!

Home away from home

We have been coming to Le Melezin for the best part of 18 years, and it never fails to wow us. There have been a number of changes since our last visit (and I believe more are on the way) and they are all for the better. Great to have breakfast included and a choice of restaurants for demi-pension. Service, under the wonderful Tim Weiland, and of course with Alexandra at his right hand, is exemplary and his team are lovely. You really feel like you're coming home, with so many familiar faces, year after year - being from the hospitality world, I tend to be hyper-critical, and there was nothing to criticise! The style and decor hasn't aged, and it leaves the newer hotels in it's trail in this regard. We're looking forward to our stay next year.

Simply the best!

Quite possibly the best ski hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in.
One of the best locations for ski in ski out with dedicated staff to get you in the boots and out. The food was great but restaurant decor could do with a freshen. Best to eat out in the evenings as there are many wonderful places near by.
Our room faced the slopes so we could watch the late comers slide past at tea time. Room heating was fab. We almost always had the doors open when sunny. Staff were very polite and helpful making sure we would have reservations when required. would have liked a better table at La Folie Douce however. Next time. Yes this a hotel I wouldn't hesitate to return to. It seemed that many of it's occupants had been many times before. always a good sign. My tip would be to plan ahead and book early.
Spa was fab although the peace of my 1 hour massage was disrupted by the sound of someone thudding away on the running machine (as if skiing every day is not enough exercize). Gym too close to the spa area guys!!!
The bar had some lovely cocktails and great afternoon cake for that cosy hot chocolate post ski. 
All in all, I loved this place. Amanamazing as usual. Off to the Aman in Venice next. My new favorite hotel brand.

I can’t believe this restaurant was in the Aman. 
We had to send a roll back bc it was so fishy and gross, then had to ask for it to be taken off the check. We didn’t get our last roll, just never came, before we got feed up and asked to cancel it. Average restaurant,,,,,All around I would not waste your time.

Disappointing

We came here few times before.  Booked 15 days in advance, asked whether it was a special event, and requested a beautiful table. Which we never get. They “cannot promise”. We get called to confirm. Very poor customer service on the phone, no skills, no friendliness. 
 I will have a look haha - no clue about what you are offering  No desire to attend to customers needs.  . Or to have a drink while we get seated on a better place. This is not a 5* service. The whole staff was hanging out in the middle of the restaurant - managers and team chatting with each other while we were attended. Nobody greeted us .. If you want quality don’t go to this restaurant. No class just a beautiful seating. If you are lucky to get it.
Food is too salty,not quality, they say Japanese food????? A joke, is a  nightmare, all SALTY ONLY SALT
