We were welcomed by a wonderful lady who showed us around, gave us a few tips on where to eat and was a true 'host'.

The Quentin room faced the garden and the sea, a beautiful view; the room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. We loved the modern big rainshower!

We enjoyed breakfast in the garden right in front of the room, the perfect way to have breakfast.

We only stayed one night, in retrospect we should have stayed a few more! 

Paradise by the sea

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews. Our advice is that it really depends what room you get whether it is worth staying here. The level of comfort and sleep quality wasnt great. We could hear people in the rooms next to us, particularly when they used the bathroom plumbing. Early every morning we had a noisy truck pull up right beside our room which woke us up. The bed and pillows and sparse furniture in the room were not  that comfortable. People in the street could see into the shower, and i had to hang a towel over the window for privacy. We couldn't get any wifi reception in our room upstairs, and had to use the common areas downstairs if we needed to use wifi. There were no glasses, cups, corkscrews available. There was no coffee or tea unless you paid for breakfast. All of this is fine in a more reasonably priced hotel, however we expected more for the price. We were in the "jade" room and i wouldn't recommend it. 

On the positive side, the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful despite us not speaking much french and her no english, the shower was large. The house is right on the shoreline and about 20 min walk from town. There was limited parking on site and some nice deck chairs outside with a small kids pool. 

It is probably worth staying in 2 rooms, hermaine and stephanie that are upstairs for the sea views, otherwise it is overpriced and lacking in good sleep quality and facilities. We've stayed at many beachfront properties around the world and were disappointed with this one.

Disappointing - comfort and facilities not up to standard expected for price.

Perfect for personalised experience, home away from home, tasteful decoration, wonderful houselady Monique and unique feet in the sand location... 
its a luxury maison dhotes with delightful hosts... most rooms are very comfortable, have seaview, while being functional and modern

A gem hideaway with sea view

Put it in a simple way : I've never seen such a house on the beach. It's literally on the beach 
I liked the sober and delicate interior 
design. 
We didn't have any issues with phonic  isolation nor the other couple that were with us. 

Monique was very kind to us. 
Place is a bit expensive but totally it's totally worth it in my opinion 

Gorgeous villa 

We had a beautiful room in this gorgeous beachfront house.  The setting is terrific, with  the beach directly across the path.  Our room had a spacious balcony overlooking the yard and the beach.  The bathroom was large and luxurious.  The house was very quiet and we were mostly unaware of the presence of other guests.  The town is just a short walk down the beachfront path, with great restaurants nearby.  (We particularly liked l'Espadon for dinner, and Bellini on the beach for a luxurious lunch.)  We spent a wonderful two nights here in the first week of September, so the crowds were gone and the beach was more peaceful.  Yes, the breakfast was an additional 20 euros, but we knew that before we sat down, and the kiwis were absolutely delicious.  Monique was a gracious hostess.
