124 reviewsWe wanted to end our 2 week trip to France in Bandol and we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. There are a wide variety of hotels in Bandol in pretty desirable locations, but, after a bit of research, the Hotel Plein Large seemed to be our best option. Well, it has exceeded our expectations in every way! First, the staff are wonderful - helpful, friendly & very dedicated. Second, the rooms are right on the Mediterranean - it’s literally 50 feet from our room’s veranda. And finally, access to the adjoining beach and Bandol itself is excellent. Our room was perfect: clean, spacious (bigger than our hotel room in the Marais in Paris!) and the proximity to the water is ideal. Oh, forgot to mention the nightly sunsets. Incredible! Stay here, unwind after traveling through France as we did and the Hotel Plein Large will be the ideal site to bid a fond adieu to France!
